Not much. At least it was clean.

- 1 staff was really friendly to us. The rest, no go- location: just at a heavy traffic high way- unfriendly personnel- rooms are not notice resistant - we needed to check out 1 day earlier than planned. Because my son got sick. They let us pay the full amount.

Extremely small room, the room does not smell clean and fresh, bathroom from the 1950s.

Location was good and easy to stop on our journey. Keys were waiting at reception. Rooms were next to each other. Shower was good.

The breakfast was rather simple and not particularly ideal for the family. No toast and limited cereal. It was more sandwich bread and toppings. Seemed expensive for what we got.

Good location close to the airport. Super nice reception person, very helpful.

The room was above the smoking area, I like to have my window open. I smelt the cigatettes constantly. It was a crime.

Fair price for lovely facilities, staff and convenience. Bed great. Lovely food in restaurant.

The hotel is very clean, it smelled good, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

There was no possibility of buying drinks such as water and juices, or food when we arrived at the hotel, also after 9:00 p.m. they closed the doors, on the page there is no such information for the guest.

Great service, breakfasts and restaurant next door. Highway is just next crossroad.

Nice Hotel in Quickborn, if you don't have to stay in Hamburg. We stayed 2 nights - the beds are good, rooms are big, bathroom superb and a very pleasant breakfast ...

Everything was OK - so nothing really to make better.

We stayed there on route between Sweden and the UK. We were travelling with our dog. The room was a great size with plenty of space for dog bed etc. Easy for us to access on the ground floor and well furnished. Breakfast was served in the main building and offered a great choice.

Car parking was very busy.

Breakfast was adequate and plentiful, we arrived a little late and didn’t have the selection that other guest had at an earlier time. Three chairs for the scrambled eggs though!

Hardly everything went well. Room and bathroom were very clean and breakfast was very good.We did not use the restaurant because we had already eaten somewhere else.

It was very warm when we arrived at the room so we opened the window when we got to sleep.But outside I had seen some sewer gully's who where stinking at that moment.So at night I had to close the windows again.

Good for sleepover on the way. Beds are very good, service is easy, speaks a bit of English. Rooms are quite well sound proof. The Italian restaurant next door is worth a try.

An excellent value for money hotel. Located close to the highway in a quiet area. You can sleep well at night without being noisy. Large free parking. Near McDonald's and a restaurant. Everything is convenient.

The beds are soft mattresses, a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was ok, good parking facilities and the location suits us. There is now a very good Italian restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent.

Our booking for a luxury room did not match the room we got.The room was considerably smaller than the ones were are used to. The room was above the entrance area where people were standing smoking and talking which made it impossible to open the windows which would have been nice in the heat.Breakfast was ok but used to be much better (We have been using this hotel for many years).

Room was ok, bed was comfortable. Room cleaning was done every other day. Breakfast was extremally limited in variety, bit what was available was good quality.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean. It had good wifi connection.

I wish the staff could have put a small refrigerator with a big bottle of water and coffee to make. The restaurant next door to the hotel didn't give me a chance to order pizza to take to the room because the kitchen was full. Poor excuse and very disappointed. I had to eat dinner at MacDonald's next to the Mediterranean restaurant.
