- Staff were amazing for our 8 day October stay at the end of the season! Young woman bartender that checked us in after the office closed was helpful, friendly & even helped us with getting our luggage to 2nd floor. Katerina kept our room sparkling, & was helpful with any request. When she came into work one morning, she found out electricity had gone out & got it back on. Appreciated that!Petros was friendly, customer orientated as he filled roles of bartender, pool & beach service! Breakfast buffet had fairly large selection. We liked the beach location in a quieter area, and it had at least 4 family tavernas in walking distance.
- Friendly people , clean rooms , beautiful view .
- I want to start this review by saying a big thank you to Katerina, the wonderful assistant at Yria Beach Hotel. She is truly the heart and soul of this place. With her welcoming smile, incredible energy, and kind spirit, she makes every guest feel at home. She keeps everything clean, organized, and full of positive vibes. Katerina is a single mom of two boys, yet she pours her love and energy into making the hotel special for everyone. If you visit, please take a moment to thank her — maybe even surprise her with a small gift (she loves colas!).As for the hotel itself: it’s located right on a beautiful beach, spotless and well-kept, with a delicious breakfast to start your day. You can access the beach anytime, day or night, which is amazing. Just keep in mind that on windy days, the waves can get strong, so be cautious.
Cons -
- Reason for a 9 was due to 2 issues: While buffet items were good, the egg & meat dishes were often not hot. The small room refrigerator was rusty. But the most outrageous was our mattress. It had a comfortable cushy topper on it, but late in our stay I found the mattress on one side was dirty & torn....a management issue, not a staff issue. The twin bed in room had thin mattress, but at least was in zippered mattress cover. FYI- (Rooms don't have screens & used insect repellent as got mosquito bites our 1st night.)
- No kitchen Shower is leaking
- We had two apartments with a view, both were only partially renovated with cables poking out of the walls. The window (singular) towards the sea had a layer of salt between the windows, which meant you didnt really have a sea view. One of the apartments had a balcony shared with 3 other rooms...

The staff is really 5 star, they put their heart into this hotel and it shows. The beach is nice, you can rent two beds with a parasol for 5€ and get som really good food delivered from the hotel restaurant. There are a few good tavernas around the hotel, otherwise its quite remote from anything.

The location is quiet and close to the beach. Breakfast is awesome.
There are mosquitoes and ants.
Staff were so friendly and helpfulProvided us with a room we could rest and shower in before catching our evening ferry
The complex was quite run down.Free WiFi was patchyHot water in showers seemed limited at peak times of the dayStates parking available but it's street parking and can be hard to find
The hotel was great. We liked everything about it. Loved the pool to the bar and even though we had a late arrival the staff still let us swim in the pool.
The staff were very friendly and helpful in dealing with any problems that arose. We requested a room change and this request was accommodated. The location on the beach is excellent, and there is easy access to the water. The breakfast was good, if lacking in variations.
The resort is a little too quiet, and the walk to the town is a little bit long. The hotel needs a bit of attention, though the staff told us there will be improvements in the near future. The prices at the poolside were expensive.
It was directly in front of the beach. The staff did what they could to make it comfortable.
It was not as described there are no 2 bedroom apartments only one and a bed in what should be a living area. Having msg the hotel twice to confirm that it was a 2 bedroom and being told it was when in fact it wasn’t. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom and it is dated to maybe back in the 80’s so it wasn’t very strong. The breakfast was meagre there is no food counter to keep things hot or refrigerated so cold scrambled eggs cold fried eggs. No sausages or bacon no toasting machine only one type of very thinly sliced cheese. For a country which makes great cheese it was disappointing. The pool area was crowded with locals and kids Friday through Sunday so if you’re staying there ur hard pushed to find a bed by the pool and very noisy. The hotel also charges its patrons to use the beds and umbrellas on the beach which I have never experienced before staying in a hotel. It’s rating is 4 star but it’s pushing 2 stars. Katerina who cleans the rooms is an asset in my opinion she should be at the front desk. She could not do enough for you.
Very nice staff. Great location right near the beach. Nice restaurants nearby.
Nothing! It was perfect.
Nice location on the beach side. Little pool in the area with a bar and music. Grocery store next building. Breakfast in the fresh air.
It looks like this room was robbed recently. The entering door has cracked glass, and was damaged by the crowbar.I had to wait 30 minutes at reception till someone passes around, to complete the check in.
Friendly staff, location, clean rooms
Breakfast could be better! It was too simple!
Very polite and professional staff ?
