- The location was very close to the main train station of Köflach. The hotel arranged a free shuttle service via a car that was very convenient. The stay was excellent with the room being very spacious and nice. The facilities of the Therme were excellent. The massages offered in the Therme very were affordable and very good too.
- The room we chose, was very spacious and modern, and the super comfortable bed, the restaurant staff is very friendly, the pool had a very pleasant, hot temperature.

Cons -
- We would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make our own hot water or make coffee to drink in the room when we wanted it. Also all the saunas in the Therme area of the facility were FKK (have to be in the fully nude), which meant that we did not have a sauna option while being on the Therme side of the facility as we did not want to use the FKK as we are not comfortable in that way. Gym is rather small, especially considering it is fully occupied for planned sessions by those who stay there for this reason (Kur etc.) and was not easily available when we felt like using it.
- The schedules for breakfast and dinner are not very long, and although the buffet food is good, it should have more variety of dishes to choose from.
- The room was a little outdated and the TV screen small.

I loved that it was near a forest and pond with walking trails and a small town where I could purchase items I needed. I loved the breakfast buffet and the thermal bath connected to the Hotel. I much appreciated a washer and dryer at the hotel to do my laundry since I could only take limited luggage from California. This is not typical for Austrian hotels. I also appreciated how quiet it was in the area of my room. No noisy guests or staff during the required quiet time 10 pm to 6 am.
Nice hotel, crappy room descriptions
We requested a room with 2 double beds, but the room had only one. The staff made up for it by providing a second room gratis.

Dear guests, we have wonderful news for you! Our range of therapies is growing - and with it our space for exercise, well-being and relaxation.
