Very good Hotel for a business trip to this region. Reception was open 24/7 so check-in and check-out was no problem.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service,I am writing to file a serious complaint regarding a hotel stay in Strasbourg that was completely misrepresented on the Booking.com platform.Booking reference number: 5181035287.As a long-standing Booking.com customer with Genius Level 3 status, I expect a basic level of reliability, transparency, and consumer protection. Unfortunately, this booking represents a significant failure to meet those obligations.Upon arrival, my wife and I were confronted with an overpowering and suffocating smell of strong cleaning chemicals, making the room unpleasant and uncomfortable to the point of distress. In addition, the room and the hotel as a whole were far below any reasonable 3-star standard. The overall condition, comfort, and quality were unacceptable. Most troubling is the fact that the hotel bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos, description, or standards advertised on Booking.com. This was not a subjective disappointment, but a clear case of misleading advertising, which directly influenced our decision to book this property.Due to the severity of the situation, we requested to cancel the stay immediately upon arrival. Despite the circumstances, the reception staff refused, stating that cancellation was not possible. This left us with no practical alternative, despite the hotel’s failure to deliver what was contractually promised. This experience caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and emotional distress, and resulted in a complete disruption of what was meant to be a pleasant stay. My wife and I were extremely disappointed. In light of the above, I formally request full financial compensation, including a full refund of the booking, as well as compensation for the significant distress and inconvenience caused. I also expect Booking.com to urgently investigate this property and take corrective action to prevent similar misleading listings in the future.I trust Booking.
Staff excellentRoom very clean 5 minute to the tram which had frequent services to the city centre
Room temperature hard to control, room was very warm even though it was 2 degrees outsideNo kettle or coffee making facilities in the room
Decent accommodation at a decent price. It has a motel feel to it, with weirdly short beds, and the out of town location is not exactly convenient. But all round its totally fine, and there are public transport options nearby to get into the historic centre easily enough.

The friendliness of the staff.
The size of the room and the shower. Both were barely sufficient for two men. There was almost no room to move around the beds, and the shower was almost impossible to bend down. The TV was was tiny and not really suitable for international travellers. The wifi system was far too dependent on the desk staff to continue functioning.
Even tho the property was clean the swimming pool was closed but only informed via email once it had been paid for. There was know tea & coffee facilities had to buy from the bar at 3.30 euros. The continental breakfast was expensive for what you got.
The property was on an industrial estate with know local restaurants available had to drive 30mins into the city centre.
Close to Strasbourg. I arrived by car, so I’m not sure how convenient it would be with public transportation. Parking was available nearby and was free of charge. There’s a large Lidl supermarket right across the street. The place was clean and tidy enough for a short stay.
The pillows were very thin, and when I asked for more, I was told there were no extras available. There’s no A/C, so it can get a bit warm. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work well and was difficult to connect to—fortunately, the receptionist (very kind) helped us and we were eventually able to use it.

Extremely small room and extremely small bathroom. You have to sit crooked on the toilet or your legs will touch the radiator on the wall.
We took the Breakfast option and its worth the price. All rooms are connected to a corridor, so be aware of any noise coming from outside or from connected rooms.
Its get a bit noisy at night
The staff at the reception made you feel "at home". There was authentic interaction, not a fake friendliness. Rooms extremly clean and practical. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant.
Lots of free parking space, dog friendly, there are markets and fast food restaurants in very close by, if you want to visit to city, 15 min walk and one public transportation you will be in the city center, very friendly staff, microwave in the room, syed during the winter time no problem with the heating
Only thing that we did not like is need to leave windows open to refresh the air in the room, and the bed and cover made us a bit sweaty during the night
Frendly staff and operative , nice and clean
We stay just one night unfortunately
Well located off the highway. 500 mtr walk to the tram into the centre of the old town.
