Location is OK, staff is very friendly, breakfast was also pretty good.

Dinner was terrible, rooms are outdated, ski in and ski out is hike in and hike out :) Parking is payable, or you need park on the road and hike again. Also rooms are heated with radiator and hard to maintain the temperature. If you're not careful and put your blinds on, neighbor can easily see what you're doing. I don't know. I think there are better ways...

The hotel was very close to the ski lifts, so easy to reach the slopes.The room was clean. The breakfast and dinner was very good. The evening guitar performance was super! Thanks Pia for the great music!

The hotel is a bit old. There should be a separation wall installed between the balconies. If you're out on the balcony of your room at the same time as the guests in the adjacent room, you don't have any privacy.

We arrived very late so we could not join to the dinner on time.Without asking we got a nice cold plate in the room.It was very kind!Thank you!

It is great for weekend skiing - has everything that we needed. Swimming pool, great food, entertainment room.. it is great for family and friends

Location and the view from room is the best. Parking is near hotel. Breakfast good and a big swimming pool with jacuzzi. A free swimming pool and savna. View from swimming pool is really top.

Hotel is located on the hill w/o elevator or staircase. You need to walk 200 meters on the car ramp along the traffic.

Pool is a bit cold and deep for kids, jakuzzi is okay though. You either have to take the stairs or go downhill to reach the ski slopes. HAVE TO BOOK A PARKING PLACE in advance or there’s a good chance you’ll have to park your car at the street, which is at the bottom of said downhill road. Dinner can take an hour as part of it is served to the table (again only a problem with small kids) so I recommend requesting the main course upon arrival.

Perfect location, everything is near, the ski slopes could not be nearer, also the ticket office. Food was great, also the wellness and saunas, especially the ruheraum and teas for recovery.

This is maybe 3 star hotel. Pure services and everything for that money.

So the hotel is not for 4 stars. Renovatio is needed. The parking you need to pay extra and then every day somebody was on our paied parking place. The food is not good, not even breakfast and for dinner meat we had 2 days only pork. The reception is working till 21:00?!? How is that posible, I never saw that in a hotels, its not hostel, sometimes the card for room is not working and what then? You need to wait all night in a front of your room?! For sure we will not come back to this hotel. The mini bas was empty in hotel with 4 stars!

Parking is limited and if you do not reserve parking space for which you have to pay extra, you have to find parking somewhere in the city and those parking spaces are also very limited. Furthermore, you have to hike back up to the hotel.

The room was comfortable and the food delicious, children enjoyed the pool even though water was a bit cold.

No parking space if not reserved. Public parking space down the hill is quite far from hotel, especially if you need do come up to hotel with small children.There is no connected rooms in hotel, would be more suitable for familiy.
