The apartment was very spacious with a lovely view. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you might need for cooking, which was a big plus.

However, the building itself is quite old, and every morning there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area. There was no free towel change, no soap and no service was provided, even though it was advertised as a hotel.

Location, room, playroom, sauna

Very nice location in a small village. The hotel is located exactly at the foot of a ski resort and is actually ski in ski out. You ski from the hotel to the lift line. Also there is a small baby piste along with a ski school piste next to the hotel for kids. Lots of parking space available. Ski rental and ski school located on the ground floor with friendly prices. Friendly staff and nice facilities including a nice restaurant and a kids playroom.

The room is heated by in-floor heating which works fine, but it was off when we arrived and it took around 36 hours for the apartment to warm up. Also the apartment is located roughly above the ground floor kitchen and somehow when the kitchen is working, between noon and around 9pm there is a very strong kitchen smell inside the apartment and mainly in the bathroom. After the kitchen closes and the house is ventilated, smell almost goes away.

The apartment would benefit from a washing machine.

We stayed in the apartment Pomolo 1 which was nice, clean and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed. The location is easy to find and is a good base for activities in he area. We really enjoyed our stay

The entrance is a rest/smoking area of the kitchen staff and we often had to go through smoke while entering the building. Also the kitchen door was constantly open and the whole walkway was smelling food (good one) which made us constantly hungry :-)

The location is great, the views from the hotel is beautiful. The room had all the facilities needed for our stay.

Elizabeth the owner wasn't very welcoming, she gave a cold vibe. We always needed to look for her to ask questions or get items (phone or Whatsapp would be helpful). They charged us for extra towels, without warning us.

It was on a way to Kaprun from Hallstatt. We booked for 1night. It was clean and comfy.

I was suprised about breakfast buffet. We were the last room and there was no refill: no scrumbled egg, no eggs. We asked for more cruasans - gave 1. It was not a pleasent experience

Polite staff, cleaness, well equiped kitchen, everything in one place (restaurant, playroom, wellness, ski rental with a discount for hotel guests, ski slopes almost at the door)

When we entered the room for the firet time it smelled a little bit but we were able to clean the air by opening the windows and using some parfume.

nice clean room, good restaurant with decent choice of meals. I tried pasta and it was very tasty, as well as pizza. I didn't expect that the hotel is located just by the slope. We didn't have a chance to enjoy it but may be next time I will consider to try it too.

- Dinner ends really early, kitchen is closed after 20:00- Breakfast choice could be improved ( like I missed some warm omlette or at least scrambled eggs )

Very helpful and friendly staff. We arrived late, and the lady at the reception was very nice to wait for us after hours.

The rooms are excellent, very clean, with a good view. Ski rooms available. The staff is very friendly.

The activities in the hotel could be a little better.

I strongly recommend this hotel. The wonderful owner, Elizabeth, was always there for any questions or requests and was very flexible since day one with our inconvenient check-in hour late at night. The hotel has a very cozy/family atmosphere. It's location is excellent for "star trips" around Salzburg and flachau. And not to mention the fantastic mountains view we had from our apartment.We will definitely book again if we plan to visit Austria soon.

Nice staff, good restaurant downstairs. Playing room for kids. there are some helping folders about activities around.

perfect stay, room and bed, friendly people, near a small ski slope. I can recommend this hotel for families, and because the good value for money.

- Nothing to eat or drink in the evening. just a vending machine, but without card payment , so you need coins to get a drink from the machine.- the official check-in times were too early (although they fixed it for me)- this hotel is not near the main ski slopes of the ski made area (only a very small slope)

Nice and comfortable room. The hotel looked renovated/new. Nice restaurant with terrace. Very friendly staff and good (local) breakfast.

Everything was fine. The rooms, the cleanliness, the staff etc. The hotel is new , well equipped , families with kids can find more balance as the kids can play in the inside playground while the rest is having their food. Very cozy.

I missed the coffee. No cups and kettle in the rooms which i found not a problem so a coffee vending machine would be nice in the hallway.
