Hotel Pomezí

The locations of the hotel is great, the room was super cozy and there is a nice restaurant!

It was -6 °C outside and very windy, so the rooms were pretty cold although the heater was running very hot

A really nice and comfy atmosphere. The team was very friendly and welcoming. A cozy bar/restaurant with excellent food. Up front there are speakers playing some radio in a pleasant volume. At night it makes a really chilling atmosphere (but you wouldn’t hear it in the room, so it won’t disturb sleeping)

We arrived in the middle of the night and the room was cold. The heating was off ! Disaster!We contacted the property but they didn t fix it.It was cleaned, but not clean - it s an older hotel so don t expect it to be clean for small babys.

The parking was full of snow. They could take of it.

We stayed only one night. The reception was exceptional, very friendly staff. An ideal place to rest the mind I would say. The location is great!

Peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing with the family. Delicious, rich buffet breakfast - with a beautiful view of the mountains and a few toys for children inside the room (thanks to which parents can drink hot coffee). A small kitten was an additional attraction for children :)

Wifi barely worked in the room. In addition, the fee collected on the spot was higher than indicated by booking (the owner rounded it up in Czech crowns definitely more than a little bit)

They asked me to pay for breakfast even though my reservation included breakfast and said it was probably a mistake from the Booking site.Also, I was unable to cancel an additional room that I had booked, even though the reservation included free cancellation

The staff was amazing. They did their best to fit our needs and requests. The location is great, surround by forest with many hike trails or bicycle trails

Location, it was amazing. The room was huge, it was actually an apartament. Clean and quiet.

The way we were welcomed. The staff did not speak english, so it was not so easy to understand eachother. But that was not a problem.

The hotel is a bit remote, it's even scary to leave the car. Rooms on the first floor in the basement, just for an overnight stay, can be tolerated. Low maintenance service.

Nice quiet location, nice area for outdoor activities, big terrace and nice staff. Also very good breakfast.
