Hotel restaurant au gourmet

The elegance! We especially loved the little sun room outside our room.

Everything was lovely.

Charming family-run hotel. Wonderful property for cyclists, with secure storage. We loved watching the sunset from the upstairs sitting room. Excellent breakfast.

After a long day of cycling, a very welcoming venue and what is that smell? A beautiful smell from the kitchen. Clean and comfortable rooms, that fit the surroundings. And........, an astonishing chef.

Nothing. It was as good as it gets.

Very convenient location, pleasant decor, very nice staff, excellent breakfast served at the table, convenient car park, ideal for people travelling with a dog due to the very large garden. Sadly the restaurant was closed but the nearby pizzeria was excellent.

Comfortable room with complimentary water. Shower very powerful .We had the a la carte menu food was lovely ( chef chooses all courses )

This was an unexpected, but very special experience. The rooms are big, comfortable and spotlessly clean. But the big surprise is dinner! We were treated to our first ever Michelin Star dining experience, and it was superb! Also all the staff were amazingly helpful with every request, including a secure storage space for our tandem bicycle.

The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bedding was very good. The food was superb- one of the best meals I have ever had and the staff were great

We had a beautiful evening meal in the restaurant which was paired with wine, both of which were superb. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our one night stay.

The breakfast was quite ordinary, however did serve a purpose.

Friendly hoteliers, immaculately clean, lovely very quiet room and good breakfast. In addition, very helpful with parking our motorbike securely.

Lovely quiet hotel, very comfortable and clean. Fantastic Michelin starred restaurant! The food & wine were truly excellent. Breakfast the next day just what we needed. Safe storage for our bikes. A short and happy stay.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean, lovely building, great breakfast. Restaurant on site, but also a very short stroll to a pizza restaurant and other options. Secure parking for our motorbike. Highly recommended.

The staff were able to speak a bit of English and helpfully called a taxi.

Location was good on the border, restaurant was incredible (Michelin star) and room was perfect

Breakfast started at 8am but nothing was out, wasn’t worth the price

The location was on the edge of town, easy to get there after a long day of cycling.

We were disappointed in the breakfast, at its was served in a very hot dining room. Windows were closed and no attempt was made to make the guests comfortable. There were 4 of us travelling together and we were not served enough food for the E15 we paid each for breakfast. There was no soap in the bathroom. Perhaps they were very short staffed but having the windows open at breakfast and offering an extra cup of coffee to the guests and even a glass of iced water in the stifling heat is not asking for much. The restaurant is supposed to be great, but we saw no evidence of good food or service in the breakfast. Small things matter, please open the windows and offer more coffee, and if you only have 2 small pots of yogurts for 4 guests apologize with a smile and offer something else instead. We cycled for 10 days staying in different hotels and this one was the most expensive. We expected better. Thank you

Its seems mostly clean, white chill design, nice staff, alot of parking, quiet area, good air condtion, room it self is larger then usual hotel in thi price.

There was a bit of stnding air smell, should air the room more, the toilet is tiny and can barely fit there, also the toilet water is just a valve and not handle like usually, driange of the shower was a bit slow.

Very comfortable room with excellent quality linens. A fan was provided, but we especially appreciated the air conditioning. Nice attention to detail throughout the interior and the grounds are like a park.

Our fault, I hadn’t realized the restaurant would be closed on the night we stayed. Breakfast was okay but we had to ask for a second cup of coffee and then take it to our room as apparently breakfast service ended without our knowledge. we didn’t feel very welcome.

Terrible service, we were definitely not welcome. This is not a hotel. It is a bed & breakfast - the breakfast was meagre. Same price as other hotel, but quarter of the food on offer - we were given one slice of salami and one square of cheese each! We arrived around lunch time and they were too busy to offer us a plate of bread and cheese, and yet they were serving other lunch time guests!

Food was out of this world and very reasonable priced.We went with the chef’s special menu and what a treat it was. It’s definitely worth stopping for dinner. Rooms are priced well.
