Food, breakfast, playground for children, nice garden around, friendly staff. Very good value for given price.

Quiet district, nice decorations to Valentine’s Day, stuff was very friendly, room is big.

Price is a bit high for this kind of accommodation and breakfast, no eggs (boiled or scramble) were served in 4* hotel, tea, coffee, croissants, biscuits, oatmeal, salami and cheese.The bed is not that soft as I used to have.

It was the only hotel with availability and a late check in at the last minute

After staying here, my credit card information was stolen and used in the Solomon Islands. I don't think it was staff but likely their systems are hacked. Beyond that, the room was dirty, dated, smelled stale, and was all together unpleasant. I hate leaving negative reviews as I think different people can have different experiences but I really needed to for this one.

Immediate landscaping/ surroundings of hotel lovely albeit in an out of town estate.Staff friendly. A good location for us en route.

Re cycling bottle area from kitchen under our window. Could do with putting bottles in all in one go , not too late or early, to prevent sporadic yet frequent noise nuisance. An easy fix.

Breakfast and bed comfort were okay.

It is something like an industrial area. Close to a lovely city, Dravograd, but not tlexactly there

We arrived with bikes Hotel arranged a location for storing them on safe place. The room was clean and air confitioned so perfect for hot days.

Nice , modern hotel with a helpfull staff and owner. They were very supportive to store our bikes for the night. Breakfast also excellent same for the room. Nothing to complain. If we are cycling on this way happyily stay there again. Thank you.

It was not comunicate don advance that the Hotel sauna wasn’t working. The rooms had thorn curtains.

the dinner was very delicious, the rooms are tidy and the bed is very good for a relaxing rest.

Such a hotel would need to provide EV car charger. There is no electric car charger in near (just kilometers away)

There was just sausages and eggs for breakfast, no service. If you want to breakfast at 8AM, there is nothing. Very pure water preasure, having a shower is really challenge - maxbe connected with the big reconstruction works around.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and allowed to put our bicycles in a safe place in the (unused) cafe area We had a very nice vegan meal in the dining room. What made our stay exceptional was the way we were looked after the next day, as overnight devastating floods swept through the whole region, and we were trapped by deep water and swift (and deadly) currents swirling all around the hotel. Water and electricity were cut off, so no lighting, toilets, showers or wifi. The staff went out of their way to look after us despite the heartbreaking mess the water was making to the lower floor of the hotel (a foot deep in places). After we were evacuated by emergency services the staff looked after the bikes and luggage we had to leave behind, until we could collect it a few days later. We will never forget the generosity of the hotel people, and the people of Dravogradu, for looking after two Australian tourists when there was so much chaos all around, and we hope that the hotel gets back to normal as soon as possible.

Set in an industrial estate with renovation work on the property itself and to the access bridge ( so had a long detour to get to it).We were directed to a partly used breakfast table rather than a clean one.

Parking just outside the hotel is spacious and free. Location is silent, but boring as it is in the middle of an industrial area. Staff was friendly and spoke great English. Rooms are clean and big.

The breakfast was fairly sparse, not too many options and the bread was dry. The hotel had several parts that were under construction and there was zero sense of safety. When looking for our room we found an elevator shaft that was open, without any sort of safety barrier. Kids could fall down and get harmed or worse. The place was obviously under reconstruction but the lack of safety goes against EU rules and regulations.

Staff was great, everything is easy to manage.Romms were clean and beds were fine.

They preapred us breakfast package each day since we was not able to be on time for breakfasts. ?Also, we had some issue with the water flow. They repaired this instantly they were ready to giv us some other room but at the end it was not necessary since everything was solved instantly.Jotel staff was great. Manager of the hotel excelent.

One night it was really noisy because of the celevration party downstairs. DJ was screeming all the fime and we hear him in our room. Other days it was really ok.

Good Hotel, convenient parking, large rooms.Good quality restaurant.

Totally dissatisfied with Friday night. There was a birthday party with about a hundred guests with music and dancing. The party went on until 2.00 AM...even though the room was on the 2nd floor, the "low sounds" of the music reverberated in the room preventing us from sleeping. At 1.00 AM I went down to complain to the desk where the staff was friendly but could not intervene. Having a race the next day and having to get up early I can't remember it as a pleasant night unfortunately.
