JUFA Hotel Neutal

The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is very tasty. The playground outside is great for kids. You can see rabbits and goats. We had a wonderful one night stay at the hotel.

We were at the hotel for 3 magical nights.The hotel, the room, the location was simply above expected. Breathtaking view.A rich and delicious breakfast.We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come back here.Thank you for everything !

The location is perfect, the staff was really nice and helpful, the new 4 star room looked excellent.

Our 3 star room was above the main entrance and we woke up several times when the door was closed, furthermore there was a constance machine noise coming from outside which did not help our sleep. :-(

Kind staff (despite the poor quality of English spoken), good wine, a lot of possibilities to ride the bike across the hills, affordable prices.

Great location for families with children, very relaxed atmosphere. Clean room and friendly staff. Great breakfast as promissed. Also playground for kids and smart sheeps and rabbits :)

We didn’t love the coffee, and the bathroom shower could use a deep cleaning/new grout.

Great location with panoramic views of the countryside. Quite rural and soothing. Our room was on an upper terrace, v attractive and with a nice sunny view. Family atmosphere with lots of young children about clearly enjoying themselves. Pleasant staff.

Check in was slow, it took a while before an English-speaking person became available. Check in focused on paperwork, no guidance of what facilities were on site or what attractions were nearby. No explanation of buffet food arrangements. We arrived at 7pm to find most of the buffet gone. Rejuvenation of the food rather slow and still incomplete. Food quality itself was disappointing… quite basic, some unappealing. No wifi in our room, only in the main building some 50m away. No a/c in the room; it was like a sauna on a 30C day despite being able to leave the balcony door open all night.

Very nice area. The hotel consists of two buildings and some separated bangalows.We stayed in the new building for one night and in the old building for another. The rooms were impressively comfortable,modern with many facilities, very clean and with relaxing view. The building was very safe,as the access was not free inside without key.

The staff wasn't experienced and there were some problems in communication.The worst thing was that they gave us the key for the room, but they forgot to unlock the front door, so when we came back for the night at 21.00 the building was locked and there was no stuff there!Fortunately, when we called them, an employee came immediately just after 10 minutes to unlock the door.

Very family friendly hotel, in walking distance to a great town pool, good buffet-style food, very clean and modern rooms with A/C (a must at 36 C weather). The location was ok for day trips. My family really enjoyed the 4-day stay here.

All was perfect. Kids loved the animals. Swimming pool safe for kids, clean and arranged.

Easygoing staff, lots to do (big playground, animals, swimming pool, bowling etc), nice area, clean room, good breakfast, my kids also enjoyed it

As an appreciation of the guests coming from Hungary it would be great to have also the Hungarian flag beside the german and UK for the staff members who speaks Hungarian also.

Excellent choice for a weekend or holiday with your family. Great activities are offered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The village's clean and well maintained public pool is closeby, with a separate entrance for JUFA guests. We really enjoyed the stay, and we will come back.
