Amazing place. Very friendly stuff. Amazing view towards Batak lake. Fresh air from Rodopa mountain. Fully regeneration. Suitable for kids and families. It is a clean and comfortable place to rest far from the city noise. Rooms have great bathrooms and a balcony with a lake view. WifiParking lot Up to 5 minutes walk to the lake.Great resultant. Delicious meals. Recommend the place for everyone.

There’s not an AC, but this was not an issue, even though we were in the middle of the summer at this hotel. It cools enough down in the evenings.

The service at the restaurant was far better 2-3 years ago when i last visited this place.There is no air conditioning in the rooms and it gets too warm during the summer.

They renovated the area from the first photo and now is part of the restaurant. Overall, they are restaurant first and hotel second. The breakfast was small, not so delicious and for the first two days they told us that it doesn’t include coffee. It turns out that it does, just not espresso. The bathroom needs renovation- the sink was broken and the drain was blocked. The price that we paid through Booking was higher than the one at reception- it leaves a bad taste realising that they charge the commission on the customers.

Room was very clean and the hotel overall was nicely maintained. View from the room was amazing! Hosts were very polite and nice people. Breakfast was very tasty!

We had a great time! The location was more than satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy with an amazing view of the dam and the mountains. A lot of places don't take care of the bed, but there the bed was huge and the mattress was super comfortable. The staff of the establishment was quite well-mannered, responsive and it showed their effort for our good time. I recommend visiting this place because we will definitely be back there, oooh and the food was amazing! ?

The place offers great value for your money. Excellent location overlooking the reservoir, tasty food and hospitable staff. We'd like to personally mention a young man from the restaurant who really stood out, his approach to guests is absolutely first class.

There was loud, unpleasant music in the area on several occasions (not from the hotel). Staff can be a bit more organised, as there is a lot of running around but not in a efficient way. The quality of breakfast was varying and might be improved.
