    Pros +

    • We really enjoyed our visit. Great facilities with very good areas for children to play and explore. We would.live to visit again!Surrounded by nature and not many mosquitos, that was a good surprise.
    • They forgot to give me the towels the first night which I already paid. I asked them many times to let me in with the car and they never put the number in the system so every time I had to walk until the bungalow, also in the late evening and raining. They don’t reply to the Emergency number. Should be better the description because there is the toilet but not the WC, only shower.
    • We liked the bungalow very much, despite the cold weather the house was warm.

    Cons -

    • I would say that tge only thing needed was air conditioning, we brought fans it worked great too.
    • It's a pity that in the winter there are few activities that can be done there for both adults and children. Nevertheless, there is a nice area where you can walk peacefully
    • No gas coming to kitchen was not working

Beautiful tent, nice area for kids, warm in the cold weather (good heating), bed linen included

No microwave, the tent isn't 91 m2 as mentioned (even with terrace), the shower can be also once cleaned from the calc...but generally is nice place to stay

Accommodation was really good + good value for money. The air conditioning in our lodge was a life saver for us and our pets, and the pool + slides + diving boards were amazing. It was great to be able to hire bikes at the park and explore the area.

It was a shame that the laser tag and paintball were not working. Also frustrating that the climbing and zip wire centre on the site was run by a different company and was only available for large group bookings

Good and quiet place, full of activities for children (this is good for families).Friendly and helpful reception staff, Denis from the technical team helped us due to an issue with the refrigerator and was committed, polite and friendly.

There was no prior cleaning at all in the chalet we stayed in - only the beds were made, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was not accessible without slippers. We had a problem with the refrigerator that smelled strongly of spoiled milk (it was fixed by the technical team). Maybe it was just our bad luck, but the feeling is that there is not much attention paid to cleaning before new guests arrive (based on other reviews here).

The location was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and able to click into English immediately

One of the bedrooms smelt of damp. Luckily it was a spare room

Resturant food was exceptional, and staff welcoming for dinner.

Accommodation too hot 1st night as all windows open on a very hot day. Being asked to pay a 100€ deposit, which was not part of the booking.Communication was a bit lacking. There is nowhere to hang any clothesThe restaurant didn't open for breakfast Shop was very limited in supplies and then a good 15 mins drive to a supermarket.

Overall a good stay for the families with kids. Lots to do for the kids.Great access to bread shop, cafe and restaurant. There's a park and a theme water park there. The nature is beautiful.

I wish the pool inside the RCN (as shown in the first picture) was open. The heater didn't work. So it was a bit cold during night time. If they could provide basic cooking material like salt and oil, that'd have been great. Not much to complain though we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need. We had a great family weekend!

    5LorenaPosted on: 9-1-2023

    The cottage was spacious.

There is not a mini market, just a corner with few items at the reception. The pizza place was also closed and the brasserie was expensive. They were also missing a swimming pool.

    Setting, spacing, nearby car parking

Door was slightly jammed so difficult to lock

    8PaulPosted on: 5-24-2023

Good value for money, I like that you can pay for extra options which aren't always necessary.

The toilet is unfortunately a 3 minute walk from the hut, but this can be expected when glamping.

    8JohnPosted on: 5-22-2023

Lovely and quiet. Nice location. Friendly staff. Great value for money. If you don't buy the extras..

WiFi was not available in cabin. Website says WiFi available throughout the camp. But it's only in isolated spots. You'd be very lucky to have it in your boshut. Towels not provided unless you pay extra.

Located in lovely green surroundings. nicely renewed and maintained houses. Pretty nice food in the restaurant. Nice indoor and outdoor playground (although only one).

I was expecting house surrounded by green forest, as advertised on the web, instead we have arrived to a location, where all old trees were cut. If looked like a tree cemetery. The window view was far from what is stated on the park website, very disappointing and also sad to see all the old trees gone. There were also no nicely arranged events for kids - some drawing one morning, but not a great amount of fun for 4 year old.
