The overall experience was amazing. Food, wellness ans staff. It was clean and hospitable.

Nice hotel next to the aqua world. Parking on site. Very good breakfast. Large pool area, also with slides for the kids. We were out of the season to the outside part I cannot evaluate, but it seems also to be great. We have to return in summer.

While paying almost 300e per night for a family room and asking another 25eur to enter the sauna part.

The whole place is nice. Indoor pools are great, it wasn't too crowded. I'd love to come in different season, so I can try the outdoors pools as well. Food is nice.

The spa room and saunas need to have more clear instructions about the dress code (what is allowed to wear to come to the sauna/jacuzzy area).

Hotel is newly renovated, the room was quite nice, good breakfast.

The building and surroundings, especially pool area outside looks poor. Too many people on the weekend, probably coming only for a day. Location seemed a bit strange, outside the town, part of the parking was in the fields (because of so many people and cars).

Air conditioner was leaking, parking space is not well organized and not enough spaces to lay down by the pool due to too many people that come only for pool day.

The rooms are furnished well, the mattresses are great and comfortable.

The bathroom was not clean enough, there was mold. The sauna was not working, there is no stream bath or anything else except for the pools and the outside aquapark. Good for families with kids but not for couples who would enjoy more spa options.

Ovo nam je deseti boravak u hotelu, no prvi puta smo prilikom dolaska morali iznajmiti rucnike ( jer smo dosli prije ulaska u sobu- oko 13 h), te drugi dan vise nemate pravo na kupanje vec morate kupiti ulaznicu . Malo preskupo nocenje za ovakve promjene.

I am glad we choose this hotel as a stop to rest on our way from Croatia to Hungary. The pools are nice and the food in the restaurant was good, although choices were limited.

All services, accomodation and food excellent.

Swimming pools were too crowded, people who paid 6-7 EUR to enter swimming pool had the same opportunities on swimming pool as people who paid 500 EUR plus for the night. Some opportunities on swimming pool area were un-accessable due to high number of people..... Out of any mind!!!!

Noises, screams, loud music from kids in neighbouring rooms and hall until late night, as it was school holidays so probably kids were on some sort of sports camp, however it made the whole experience less enjoyable.

Really nice Hotel and great stuff. They have a really nice outside pool that we did not use since it was November but the inside was still quite big and comfortable for a weekend away. Good service inside pool and at the breakfast/dinner. Thank you

Only two not to big slides for children and a little bit dark at that part of the pool.

The first room we were given was small and dark. Fortunately, we were able to change it and were very happy with the 2nd room after we asked for chairs to sit in.

I booked this hotel for my mother so I can only write down what she told me :) She was more than happy with the hotel and the room. Everything was very clean and new and she couldn't have a better option for her 10 day wellness trip. The spa and wellness opportunities were great and the staff was very helpful. She will definitely book again and come back.

The rooms are so nice and clean. The swimming pools were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Bit pricey, but it was ok

Newly renovated rooms, much better than the last time we visited. Greenery and surroundings of the hotel, good air quality (we live in a big city, in Jezercica you can actually breathe).

The pools are crowded during the weekend but it comes with the teritory, be prepared.
