Hotel Nowy Dwór Elizy blisko Sky Bridge

Excellent breakfast buffet and wonderful pool and sauna. Loved the location across the street from the park and the access to water coolers in the hallway. It was a good base for us to go to Czarna Gora for mountain biking and then to the historic spa in Ladek Drojz. We also loved eating at Zakret. Rooms were comfortable and it was quiet at night, so we all slept well. Such a beautiful area!

Our carpet seemed a bit dirty, as if they hadn’t vacuumed. This was definitely an indulgent hotel price for us, so we expected those details to be attended to.

Saunas(dry and steam) were doing a good job. We liked the breakfast and the view from the hotel room is really nice, it relieves your soul. Staff was kind.

The mini-fridge of the room wasn't working properly, it wasn't cooling. Saunas could be bigger, especially dry sauna gets crowded quite quickly so you may have to wait that it gets free. There was no jacuzzi.

Restaurant staff nice but late on service very often (leave you waiting to order for 5+minutes regularly after you clearly chose your meal and closed the menu)One sauna was out of order and given the size of the hotel and the size of the saunas, the one working was packed with people in swimsuits. They rent good ebikes.To hotel: get the other sauna fixed, make people not wear swimsuits to sauna (it stinks) please and the restaurant staff quicker to check on customers (they are reqlly nice, just not attentive enough to notice) and all will be nice.Reception staff were all awesome, nice and helpful:)

The pool was great, room clean, fairly good choice at the restaurant

I've made a booking for 2 adults and 2 children age 6 and 12. Description said the Queen room has 2 single beds and a sofa bed. We thought it's should be fine as we presumed it's going to be a double until we saw the size of it. It was not even as wide as the single bed so 2 of us had a very uncomfortable, sleepless night. We did not raise it at the reception as we were very tired after a long drive. I wonder whether it would be a good idea for the management the rethink the sleeping arrangements.

Alltogther - very plesant stay, worth the money++ staff, pool, sauna, kids playroom+ cleanliness, restaurant, good price/value ratio, quite park just outside the hotel- location (not much to do outside of hotel)

Brakefastes was really greate. Very tasty and varied. I can recommend it.

A shower cubicle would be better than a worn-out bathtub.

Food - delicious food, very good service. Temperature of the water in the swimming pool. Receptionist - helpful and polite.

Two beds put together which were moving easily. Crowded swimming pool in the afternoon with children behaving like devils.

We tried both the buffet and the restaurant. In both cases, food was okay but definitely not amazing. Fish tasted like mud, salad felt like a salad mix bought at the supermarket, it felt like poor quality ingredients overall. Additionally, there was no description of the dessert at the buffet (ie. We didn't know what we were picking). For people with allergies, they'd have to ask the staff. To be fair, I usually go to 4-star hotels and I'm French so I might have had too high expectations.

Kinda cold rooms in November, clean rooms, wifi has not good signal on all rooms, great breakfest, kind staff.

Breakfast excellent. Nature around it is amazing.
