Outstanding interior of hotel and the restaurent was ammmmaazing.Staff was so kind and cooperative.Manouj, Peter and his friends in the restaurent gave us pleasent welcome with great service.Just loved this place.Worth every single penny.

Close to airport, excellent assistance with shuttling to airport. Felt like a private ride. Very nice restaurant on sites.

My only complaint are that the sheets and bedding had a floral scent or fragrance. I and many people have dermatitis from fragrance. Team might look into other method for cleaning sheets

Great convenient hotel near the airport. Loved the free shuttle and the hospitable staff. Pool was very nice with comfortable seating. Appreciated that they provided pack lunches in lieu of breakfast with our early flight.

Was not expecting such a luxurious hotel near an airport!! The layout and design of the hotel, pool area and restaurant were absolutely stunning. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even assisted us with our bags to the room. It was the perfect way to end a 3 week holiday and we will definitely be coming back to Hotel Mirror! They also organized timely pick up for us in the early hours of the morning to transport us to the airport.

You can only dine outside which means people are often smoking around you at dinner - which is frustrating for non smokers but that is Macedonia in general really.

Very clean, comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Restaurant has a small but good menu, the included breakfast was good as well. You can sit outside in the shadow and enjoy your meal. Very on point Shuttle service available as well.

Be careful, you might get scamed

We completed our last minute reservation and paid online and at the check in, we were unfriendly recieved by the receptionist who insisted that we should pay again as according to her the payment was not processed. Since we had an early flight we did not argued and believed in her wors before checking the account. I have been in touch for over 1 month now and even though I have been promised they have never refunded me. In my opinion it is a organised scamming theme and they know that everyone will fly out and forget. If you stay there, due to lack of options, be careful. They are watching you...

The pool, closeness to the airport- the staff

I don’t like the glass bathrooms and the air conditioning does not work which is not good for skopje and guests

The restaurant was occupied with a private party, but the hotel staff let me order from the menu and provided room service. They also had a driver ready to take me to the airport at 6:00 a.m. Top notch!

It feels luxurious and comfortable. Restaurant has beautiful foods. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

The shower was leaking water underneath and all bathroom soaked into water with it. Air conditioner was making a disturbing weird sound, so we had to shut it off. Please consider having black tea in your tea options. You have everything else but no black tea.

Everything went well from airport transfer following late night flight to check out.

Everything: the amazing staff, the room, the nearby airport location, their professionalism… I’m especially grateful after a horrible 24h trip to be given a free of charge early check-in and an upgraded room. I don’t forget these things. The staff was truly amazing, the hotel is up to American or Dubai high standards and as a frequent traveler (69 countries) I was genuinely impressed! ? recommended. Thanks so much for everything ?❤️

I like the friendly and warm hospitality from every one who was working there ,the location near to airport because of the traveling and the cleanness. And most importantly that the hotel itself provides transport to the airport.

I did not like that the bathroom shower wasn't hanging on the wall cause it wasn't fixed and that the hotel room I was provided didn't have bath robe ,sleepers and bath hygiene products like toothbrush or tooth paste.

The room and facilities were very confortable. The staff arranged a shuttle to Kumanovo with their car. Excellent service. Delicious breakfast. the staff was very polite.
