The accommodation premises were very good. The attractions, spa and relax areas were also nice, well maintained. The staff demonstrated friendly and polite attitude.

It is not particularly related to the property, but the weather was bad, there was no heating in the rooms and there was no chance to get anything dried, that is problematic when kids go the swimming pool twice a day

The concept with the horses is phenomenal. Such a great way to connect with these beautiful creatures, and the fact that you can do it anytime you want during your stay was such a pleasant surprise. The staff that was responsible for the horses - caretakers, trainers - they were all very nice and polite. Special thanks to my trainer Joro, who provided a very informative and pleasant horse riding lesson, even though I was afraid. Would definitely come back for that part!

Unfortunately - everything else. Rooms were rather small, the bathrooms didn't correspond with the pricing of the rooms - again small and outdated. The walls are paper thin, we couldn't get any sleep for the first 2 days because someone was coughing all night in the neighbours room - imagine the quality of the walls. This is really unpleasant thing to experience in a hotel where you were expected to get some rest. I couldn't wait to get back home to finally get some decent sleep. Restaurant - when you read the menu - everything sounds amazing, but the reality is tasteless food, prepared without heart and without desire. Staff is annoyed when you ask for recommendations or if you ask too many questions, they just tell you that everything is good - which it wasn't. The desserts were worse than cheap store bought cake. A girl at the reception was extermely rude. We had trouble with turning on the main lights - they had a remote control but we didn't see it at first and no one explained that at our arrival. So I went down and kindly asked if we're doing something wrong or it's just not working. The answer was - "Everything is working, you just don't know how to use it." That's it. So I had to ask a further question in order to get an actual explanation, which I find unacceptable. Also she didn't greet us with a warm welcome or anything, she just stared at us and then went with "So? What do you want?"Again rude. Sorry I didn't get her name - she was the youngest staff member at the reception during our stay. Overall - you have a beautiful place and a great concept but please take care of the details - smaller menu, but with high quality food, warm and welcoming staff and very important - sound proofing. Best of luck!

Helpful staff.Great horses. This is probably the best stable in Bulgaria. The breakfast is wonderful.

Everything was perfect: nice place with beautiful horses, clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff, very good spa facilities and tasty food. Special thanks to Vency who took care of our daughter's lessons :) We highly recommend the place!

The staff was extremely kind, responsible and flexible in solving our problems and requests.

Everything is created and cared for with a lot of attention to detail. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and clean. The Spa is small but has everything I needed. The restaurant is perfect. We were amazed even by the breakfast. The horses and the track are the focal point of the whole complex and if you have never experienced the world of these magnificent animals like me that is the place to start.

Everything was well maintained and clean. Left a really good first time impression.

The mattresses are too soft for us, so for someone used to hard orthopedic ones at home, might have a bit of a hard time getting up in the morning.

Very well maintained complex. We stayed at a Studio - it was spacious, with nice balcony and nice view. We were pleasantly surprised that they left a bowl for the dog, small but much appreciated gesture! The pool and spa facilities were great. The massage was good for the price. Definitely worth visiting again, in the spring or summer, so to be able to enjoy the full experience the complex can offer.

Everything was perfectly clean - from the room to the relax area. The room was large and with a great view of the outdoor pool. The food was delicious - we had breakfast included in the price, but we paid for lunch and dinner and we were amazed every meal - it was obvious that the products were fresh and very high quality! Also, the staff everywhere were extremely nice and helpful - the receptionist, the woman who lead the tour around the complex, the relax center receptionist, the waiters at the restaurant. This complex offers everything you would like to experience at a relaxing spa getaway! And of course, the horses were the cutest! We will definitely come back!

Maybe some transport can be added to and from the beautiful Plovdiv (the 6th oldest town in the world)

We loved the place! The people there are so kind, the location is very beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are cozy, warm and clean and the horses are so beautiful and nice. We would love to go again and for sure we will tell friends as well.

The hot tub in the SPA zone is too small for the capacity of the complex.

It's an awesome getaway from city life with a great spa center and stables. Just drinking coffee and watching the horses is soul-cleansing. The restaurant is pretty good too - you can visit it even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Not much really - we were having some troubles with the AC - it's always too hot or too cold, but that's probably our own fault.

We loved everything! The staff were really pleasant, the room was great, the bed was comfortable! We had a great time with the horses and place itself was really impressive! The food in the restaurant is really something to enjoy! It was AMAZING! We had a birthday party and we really enjoyed everything!

The breakfast was good. The SPA facilities were excellent with a wide variety compared to other similarly priced SPA hotels in Bulgaria. The room was clean and cosy with nice wooden furniture and a spacious terrace. Overall, it's a great hotel where you can relax in the nature.

The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. It was highly overpriced for what you get. Very small quantity and not well presented. Unfortunately, there isn't another restaurant in proximity to the complex.

The pillows weren't good quality at all..and the water in the inside swimming pool wasn't warm enough to me.

I wouldn't recommend it .We had the same breakfast every day.(6 days)The pool was dirty and for our entire stay there was no one to clean it. There was no mosquito net on our terrace.Instead of a mattress in the baby crib, there was a cut-off mattress pad. The garden of the complex is covered with small pebbles, which prevent us from walking with a baby stroller.

The only advantage of the complex was that it had beautiful horses.
