- Free rental of sport equipment.Very helpful staff.
- All staff smiley, friendly and helpful. Spacious and very clean room with comfortable bed. Good door locking system. Fantastic view of the lake from the restaurant terrace. Nice outdoor pool area. Nice quiet seating area near grill area.
Cons -
- Breakfast free coffee was disgusting, while the bar one was impressively good. But what could be expected from free Vs paid service
- Smoking was allowed on the restaurant terrace even during breakfast.Breakfast buffet was not always fully replenished, i.e. some items were missing even quite a while before the end of the breakfast period.
- Topper kept sliding off bed. Beach is small and playground equipment takes up some of the space. Map in the room of the complex and facilities would be useful. Mini golf needs some attention, very neglected.

Great location, friendly staff. Nice view from the room.
Mattress comfort could have been a bit better.
Rooms facing the lake offer nice views, the cleaning is 100%, the meals are very good, parking facilities are very satisfactory.
The only negative point is the possibility for smokers to be using the balcony of the room. In our case a heavy smokerin adjacent room smoking every 1-2 hours and also e.g. at 4:00 a.m. made us to have the windows closed. I do not believe the policy of the hotel - offering the ashtray at the balcony - is wise, or good for non-smokers. The case above mentioned makes me question the stage of the non-smoking room of that heavy smoker itself. Disgusting.
Location excellent. Extensive buffet breakfast. Welcome drinks.
wellness facilities, nice pool, location next to lake and next to woods, very helpful staff, things for kids to do including table tennis and bowling, facilities outside
beds could have been more comfortable, a little remote, shower was small
Great breakfast and dinner. Stayed one night but was great. Pool is nice and large and perfect for night swimming.
i liked it a lot. really good location
the huge bugs in the room when I arrived. the window was open and a lot of insect was inside, which is my top priority when I travell. respect them but don’t like them inside… I stucked in the elevator…. took 30 to rescue me… i needed to check out at 14:00 o’clock cause change of work plans. no refund or choose another weekend… there was a huge storm around the area, no signs in english that the electicity is gone..
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is a diamond, lake is beautiful.
Hotel needs renovation. Food is not on the 4 star level.
