No available pool at this time which was not mentioned in the description. Room didn’t look like in the presented pictures.

The location in the village is great

The pool is not reserved for the hotel clientele but seems opened to all. So there is an entry fee to pay.We checked in late so no time to spend time at the pool.The following day after check out, my children wanted to jump in the pool after breakfast before leaving.I was in the pool with them when the staff came up to meTo ask me for some Money while I was swimming.I took my children and left the place at once. It ended on a very bad note for me.After check out time (10 am), you are not welcome in the pool area anymore and someone might come upto you to ask for some money if you’re in the pool.Not very elegant at all. The clients of the hotel should be able to use the facilities during the whole stay.

Pool is big and nice, rooms are good, AC works well, rooms can be darkened

Breakfast was not the best

The hotel locates in very nice small town, convenient to move around to visit all Salento. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Decent breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool in a very well kept pool area.

Really disappointed

We are really disappointed with the hotel. The staff is incompetent, unpleasant and do not know how to treat tourists. You should learn how to be more friendly and professional. We always had the impression of disturbing them when we asked something, I don’t know if it because we were not Italian but they treat us very bad !! The breakfast is not good al all, nothing is fresh, not even the bread and the person in charge of the breakfast was really unpleasant. There is a swimming pool but it is not only for the hotel, people from outside can also have access, moreover pool towels are not included and they prohibited us to use the towel of the room !! The rooms are not well soundproofed, you can hear everything, especially when the housekeeper start to clean the others rooms o when they decide to put music on the breackfast room.The check out is at 10h am, it should be at 11h or 12h not so early ! We didn´t know that and the employee came to our room to wake up us, unacceptableThe price is very hight for the poor quality of the hotel and the service. You can find better in another town !

I got sick into my trip and the hotel staff took such good care of me. My own family and friends couldn’t have been any kinder.
