Saunas and pools were great, the room spacious and clean with a balcony.

It was a nice hotel, good for traveling with kids, there was a big kids rooms for playing and a cinema

The inside swimming pool was out of service and we found out about it just few days before arrival, one of the reasons for selecting the hotel was to swim inside and it didn’t work.

What a wonderful hotel.We had an upstairs suite which was no good for our elderly dogs so we were moved to a bigger room downstairs. What a room! Huge with an amazing view across fields and mountains. The whole premises was spotless with lots to do.It has a large spa centre, an outdoor dining area around a lake, a fun room and even a cinema.All the staff were excellent. A supermarket was only a short drive away.

Completely overpriced Nearly €200 a night and lunch we were charged also a fortune even though we ate leftovers from a conference they had. Would not recommend

Hotel was very peaceful and quiet place. Breakfast was very rich.Staff is friendly.

Sauna Ist perfect brand new, Room with balcony is the best way to relax and enjoy.restaurant is buffet breakfast and dinner with local special offers like meat cheas, everything is fresh and delicious.

Sauna,in door swimming pool and out door swimming pool is perfect.sauna is clean and comfortable for relaxing.all facilities is in peace so you have fundament for perfect relaxed environment.

Nice spaceous room, good facilities. Renovated and good buffet.

Missing an elevator

Location was very good and an excellent place to be away from the city. Hotel had pretty much everything you need for the stay with my family and everyone enjoyed it.

The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on.

Cats are not acceptable in the hotel. It should be written in the booking app.Apart from sauna and swimming pool jacuzzi would be an advantage to have . I missed that.

+ very friendly and helpful staff+ breakfast buffet (included in our booking w/ Genius discount)+ sauna area + outside pool+ professional massage+ Kneshecke restaurant down the road+ group's rooms next to each other + new bathroom (but a bit small), balcony, mini-fridgeTip: Book your wellness program way in advance, otherwise all appointments might be taken. Our group could get a few massages and they were great!

- actual hotel a bit dated, downstairs area not very inviting (bar, billard in the basement)- a lot of flies due to rural location - dinner buffet underwhelming, not really value for money, very few vegetarian options (Go to Kneshecke Grill, 3 min walk, reserve beforehand.)- extremely soft bedding, caused painful discomfort around the neck and back - high noise level and stuffy air around the indoor pool, could have a few more recliner chairs or shelves
