Size of rooms, very good breakfast and dinner
The hotel is situated in the middle of the forest and very well decorated. We very much enjoyed the wellness area with saunas and pool. The restaurant was very good with pleasant waiters and excellent food.
The hotel is very old and there is carpet everywhere, so my allergy hit really bad.
Beautiful location, in the middle of greenery, close to historical sites, easily accessible from the highway.Great breakfest, very good facilities.Very dog friendly!
Not the hotels fault, but there is a mosquito problem, pack a repelent!
Nice, but rather old style hotel located in the forest, a bit outside of town (car needed). Restaurant food was good.
Rooms are a bit outdated, not on a four star level. Typical German receptionist, correct but not very friendly or welcoming.
Lovely place and good atmosphere with easy access to nature and pool/spa, which was much needed as we travelled with our son. Very easy to access from the highway in a nice and quiet town.
Great room, great location, great bed, great resturant, great staff.

Restaurant is good
We had room 115 and it is a disappointing room. No window in bedroom and very noisy - both from elevator and from hall. I wrote to the reception 3 months in advance and asked for a specific room which they confirmed, but when we arrived the reception informed us that the room we had been promised wasn’t available. No explanation. Very poor considering we have stayed several times before.
spa, forest
Due to staff shortages restaurant closed for dinner on Sundays, not a big deal but something to keep in mind.
we liked the pool and everything about the room and service. it's a great place!
