Everything was as expected. ratio price for quality is perfect.

Good food and lovely setting
Poor service and no wifi in our room
The views were stunning, the staff were friendly and multilingual, the rooms were comfortable, the food was good
We would have liked to stay longer
The staff very helpful,
The stairs to the pool area, there was a lift but the access to it was restricted,
Beautiful view from the window
The woman staffing it could not stop flirting with her boyfriend to check us in. No customer service to speak of. No towels were supplied with the room, only one pillow. Plastic sheet on mattress creaked whenever you moved.
The room was spacious and clean, views from the lobby, proximity to hiking trails.
There was no cellular connection in our room whatsoever and there was no WiFi, so we were completely disconnected. Breakfast was very simple.
A lovely hotel in the hills. Our room had a great view. It was rather cold when we arrived, but the heater soon warmed up the room.
The bathroom had no heater, so was rather cold. The breakfast was rather sparse - just juice, coffee, croissant and fruit. As we were going on a strenuous hike that day, we would have appreciated something more substantial.
Lovely place in a lovely setting. It's just we needed some peace and quiet and it was pretty noisy. The food and drinks were good in the evening.
Bit noisy,we had escaped our village the weekend after our fiesta, needed to sleep and our room was over the outside bar.So very noisy!
Clean, comfortable. Beautiful views.
Welcoming and dog friendly. Selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes.
A little inconsistent with meals, for example a vegan dish advertised with chickpeas didn't have any chickpeas in it, making it less filling than expected.
The location was priceless; in one direction there were the magnificent snowcapped mountains, in the other the valley with the city of Granada in full sunlight. The look of the hotel was marvellous and very inviting. The room was really nice and had a lovely sitting corner, the size of the room was definitely a plus.
Where to start?- heating / AC was not working properly- bathroom: towels are not of good quality, after a shower you still feel wet when you have used the towels.- restaurant: what restaurant? when ordering pizza, we were never told how big the pizza would be. I could only eat 2 pieces, the other 6 slices, I had to leave them behind. The revuelto had no taste; suggestion to the chef: please fry the mushrooms first before throwing them into the omelet and please add salt and pepper. It was very bland.- breakfast: very basic, either supersized croissants or very small pre-packed ones. For a Spanish hotel, you would expect the jamon (ham) to be of excellent quality and taste. Well, the ham was really lacking taste unfortunately. No toaster, no extra's, and there was nobody around except for the gentleman who was running the breakfast.- Staff: we got the impression that the staff wanted to go home asap (in the evening), as there was a gathering of Spanish who probably all knew each other, including the staff. But also the lack of English speaking was quite striking. Fortunately, I speak Spanish, but my wife doesn't, so I had to translate everything for her.
Lovely location, very friendly staff!
Food wasn’t great
The food was delicious and the price is perfect.
Personally just one thing our room was a bit cold. (I couldn't change temperature) but I didn't ask any help from the staff (it was late)
Dinner and view on mountains were excellent
The doors couldn't open many times with the card
Excellent location however very far from centre about 25 mins drive, quite secluded location although very picturesque for people wanting to get away from the hustle bustle.
Distance from centre and drive to hotel very narrow roads.
Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely Landscape and plenty of trekking possibilities around the hotel. Free Parking and good restaurant.
We stayed for only one night in the hotel, while in the night shift, waiter and reception guy was very helpful and polite, morning shift lady was a complete disaster : uncivilized ( she didn't even answer a good morning), rude and not professional (She even scoffs and went away without answering when we asked if they have fresh orange juice to pay for in breakfast)As for the equipment, we booked for 3 Adults + 2 kids, they only supplied 4 beds, we asked for baby crib which was not available. The only solution was to switch for another larger room with an extra bed. So when we checkout we discovered that we was charged for an extra 49 euros for a hydro-massage Jacuzzi we did not asked for and 22 € for the extra bad!! Of course no one explained anything or prevent us, it's later when we translated the Spanish bill that we discovered that. Very unpleasant experience and a feeling of being scammed, which spoils the discovery of such a nice region and landscapes.
The panoramic view of the hotel is rather stunning, the staff personnel was kind and caring.
The food could have been better, it felt shabby at best.
