I expected more given the price

The hotel is in a great location but unfortunately not well maintained, the bathroom flooded when taking a shower and the tiles and fittings were broken.

Big rooms. Modern interior. Handy for the centre. Pavement parking outside the hotel (most of the time) Quiet.

Location if perfect, right in the city centre. Comfortable Room. Nice for walking around the town.

Breakfast is really poor and sadly arranged for an almost 100 Euro night. Wifi does not worked in our room. Windows are not possible to open and the AC doesnt provide fresh air too.

The family room was spacious and the bathroom was good. Overall well furnished and modern. Location is good and the staff at the reception was helpful.

It seems that the technical maintenance is not good - the window handle and the door lock were broken from the beginning. The toilet flush broke down too on the first day.The pillows were very uncomfortable.

It's in the center of the town, the facade is new and clean. Inside is very comfortable, clean and rich looking. The staff is extremely nice and the rooms are excellent.

Central location, clean and comfortable hotel, polite staff

The location of the hotel was excellent and there was an option for free parking in front of the hotel (but we had to park at another place as everything was occupied at the time of our arrival).

When we arrived (not earlier than the stated check-in time), the rooms were not yet ready and we had to wait. Then we were overcharged, being asked to pay in addition for our 3rd child (I made the booking correctly for 5 people, but they booked it for 4, I don't know how this happened). I addition to the overcharge for the child, I could pay by card only in the local currency, which led to even higher payment, than initially planned.

The hotel is quiet, no crime and the staff is nice.

Our room had an adjacent room, separated by a locked door. Our neighbours we smoking and making noise untill late in the night, so it was a bit noisy and there was also light smell of cigar smoke. The hotel had no real parking space, so you just park on the street. Good news it is next to the police and there were no problems. Almost all of the stuff does not speak a word of English. It is clear the hotel used to be nicer when new, but now it is a bit weared down and needs renovation.

I am struggling to find something that I like!

Everything was bad:- the staff was not speaking a single word in English, Russian or anything different than Turkish - the apartment was with one locked door in the middle of the bedroom and on the other side people living and easy to hear them talking.- restaurant not working for lunch or dinner and only for breakfast- NO WI-FI AT ALL

I wanted to pay in cash in Turkish lira on the reception when leaving the hotel, but they told me that they had already debited the amount from the card without my permission

Internet was very poor. It didn’t work almost never.Also you can find spiders on the walls and ants on the bed?

The hotel looks much better in reality, it is very clean, huge rooms with big and comfortable beds. It was a misunderstanding with the room type I booked, the person that checked us in gave us a standard room he didnt want to give us the upgraded room that we booked, I had to wait half an hour for him to call the manager and explain the situation even if it was written very clear in the booking I booked 2 separate bedrooms. But thanks to the young boy who made our evening much better, if Im not wrong his name was Akil he speaks very good english and was very polite, in my opinion he can be easily promoted. He is very good in customer service, he knows how to talk to the guests. Do not lose him, staff is really important in a business. Im still rating 10 out of 10 because the hotel looks very good, breakfast was various, the restaurant which is at the last floor has a lovely open terrace with nice view.Parking is free of charge you just need to let them know in advance you are coming with a car. That was a bonus.

Not all the staff are well trained, a supervisor or manager should be there to save a situation like we had. Especially because we had to wait half an hour with our 1 year old baby to get the room type we booked after driving 7 hours we just wanted to get a sleep.As a tip for the manager, please put name badge to the staff so we can remember their names easily.Im still rating 10 out 10 because the hotel looks really nice

The hotel is very good positioned and the breakfast is served at the last floor, with a very good view. The beds are very comfortable.

The hotel needs some investment in electric facility. The electrical socket were pulled out of the wall, even on the hall way. Very dangerous for children !! And the walls are very thin, you can hear everything from your neighbours.The say they have parking, but we were forced to find a parking space on one of the streets nearby.

Everything was perfect - the staff, the location, the room and the cleaness. Very good breakfast at the morning, which is served in the roof restorant with a great view. Thank you very much!

SUPER LOCATION. Nice hotel, very large room.

The hotel has no PARKING, you park on the street or wherever you find. The reception staff does not speak English (or any language other than Turkish).THE MOST TERRIBLE ARE THE MINEARS, THE SOUND IS SHOCKING. NO CHANCE TO SLEEP.
