Bile - Family Hotel & Gastro Bar

I was really happy that on one of the nights, I was the only guest. Despite that, the restaurant was still open, and because of this, I was given a personalized breakfast menu, so I could choose the breakfast I preferred.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious home-made food

Two of the 4 rooms I booked were with mansard roof, which was quite uncomfortable.

Needs a refurb. Carpets in corridors beyond cleaning.

Due to maybe a later booking, I got an attic type room with no terrace. Check in staff not friendly but clean g staff were. I had to take down two cobwebs in my room upon arrival. The air conditioner vent was propped open with a wine cork. Bathroom vanity needed replacing due to water damage. Pool better in pictures than in real life. Jacuzzi had luke warm water and lots of small flies floating, so not cleaned daily. I was tempted to take photos, but didn’t because of time; lots of things not ok.

The staff in the hotel was more than welcome. Perfect breakfast and fresh food for dinner. Warm water in the pool. Everything was perfect.Will visit again.

The staff were great - they have upgraded our room to an apartment (without a request from our side) with a fireplace. The balcony was spacious. We had only breakfast included but both evenings we had dinner in the hotel, and it was decent.

Everything was great. Furnitures, service, room, the breakfast was rich and awesome. The staff was so polite. The place is located almost in the forest but near the main road. It was quiet and a place to sleep like so peacefully. I would highly recommend the hotel. Rooms are in old fashion style.

Too expensive for what it is

The hotel was very expensive for what it is.The rooms are very standard ans small and no curtains to hide from the sun in the morning / evening.The swimming pool seems to have a Jaccuzzi according to the pictures but there is no air in it so it is just another bassin. The space is small so if there are already 1-2 families at the swimming pool you can’t go in anymore.The breakfast was also standard with tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. no special treatment such as crepes or specific cakes…For this price (110€/night) you can have much better comfort and treatment in other hotels nearby

Old, not maintained, not comfortable at all, incredibly overpricedYou have to crouch in the bathroom, cannot stand straight at all because of the roof. Bathroom was very bad maintained and the smell was very bad all the time...

Friendly stuff, not bad food, parking spaceWorth for the value of money, can't remember but we didn't pay so much. Very nice area, friendly locals, one guy just stopped us and for another few hours show the area, it was nice experience tbh.

For some reson swimming pool you can use only until 7pm..and as I understood there is possible to accommodate in hotels with thermal water in that village, so definitely next time would choose different. no English programs ina TV

Clean room with decent hygine, quiet and calm area as well as nice food choice with grest value.

Personally did not enjoy the pool area.

Very relaxing and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The food was very good. The pools were very enjoyable.

The shower drain was draining very slow.

The bed was very comfortable, I liked some design details in the rooms, like the curtains and bed cover - they felt authentic and matching very good the old beams of the rooms that were kept and restored. The owner of the hotel was polite and nice (as all of the staff) and she also proposed to us to change our rooms when we noticed some unpleasant thing for us in the rooms of the old part of the house, where we were originally accommodated. The garden looked nice also. The breakfast was nice.

Originally we were accommodated in the old part of the hotel, that was actually renovated old house. They put us there because we had preferences for double bed, terrace, upper floor and a mountain view. At first glance it looked nice, they kept the old doors and details. Unfortunately the bathrooms were bad..broken bin, paper holder, toilet, unpleasant smell, the terrace was dusty and not maintained very well and when the air conditioner in one of the rooms started doing crazy loud sounds, we went for changing the rooms. There were ants everywhere. The restaurant food wasn't as good as it needs to be for those prices especially. They forgot to put one essential ingredient in my salad, that was described in the menu (they brought it separately after I made the remark to the waiter). It is noisy in the morning if you are in a room, looking to the pool, because of the neighbour's dog.

Hotel Bile is located in the middle of the mountains, it is very clean and owners were really creative in setting up the whole atmosphere, there is a big garden with two swimming pools: a standard one that was not accessible, and another one that is electronically heated, ideal during the winter time. They also have a jacuzzi that shares the same heating system.The room was very clean and bed was comfortable, I really slept like angel. There is a mini fridge, in case you want to put your own food or drinks, but the hotel does not provide any snack in the room. There is a TV, if you are interested, personally we did not use it. There are drawers and wardrobes, so there is more than enough space for all your clothes.The breakfast is included in the package, and if you want to have lunch or dinner there, there is a menu. Prices are really low. We paid 60 BGN for all this, meaning 30 euros, in two. For all this, was a steal. Really satisfied and we recommend the accomodation.

Lovely hotel and good staff, highly recommended

It was so quiet and calm - total relax. The breakfast was so delicious - there was so much things from what to choose.
