Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice Spa and super comfy room. The food served for breakfast and dinner was plentiful and delicious. Beautiful location.

There were a lot of kids jumping, screaming and splashing in the pool which is not nice for the people who want to relax. The breakfast staff was a little slow and the coffee was horrible so we had to pay for proper coffee.

All !I want to thank to the owner because they put the protection at the outdoor pool.All is verry clean, the meals was good.It was a verry good holliday.

The only good thing was hygiene in the room.

The staff was not trained enough. No uniforms and I couldn't tell the difference between staff and guests. No lobby bar, very slow service and terrible food. The pork was undercooked, salads tasteless.

Lumpy cheap foam pillows

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet place. All around is green and clean. Fresh air, hot mineral water. There a very nice swimming pool out in the beautiful garden and mother SPA center with all year hot mineral water. Massage was professionally.

Nice location. The hotel is benefited by indoor and outdoor swimming pools with mineral water. Rooms have a good size with a comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained place. The staff is very friendly.

Luck of small swimming pool for kids.

It is a place which we know 20 years from 2006-2007.It is a very nice place, very clean, very quait.The meals were super. In one evening because we were some people they served at table, and they write the menu in romanian. Very nice thing. We were impresionated.

We had HB and the food was good. The water in the pool was nicely warm.

To start with parking- not enough space and badly organized. The personal is inadequate. The rooms are small and difficult to get the right temperature, bed too soft, uncomfortable pillows. The pool is too small (6x9m) for the hotel, noisy- screaming children etc. Too many rules - most guests don’t comply with. Some guests organized extremely noisy party one of the evening- we were even not informed, no excuse either.

What we liked the most, is the kind staff attitude, the wide diversity of the breakfast and dinner menu and the well maintained spa and and pool arias. Also some unique interior design touches.

During the summer, when it's very hot, it would be nice to have air conditioning in the room.

Very friendly staff that between my limited Bulgarian and their good English made ourselves understood.Outdoor pool complimented with a warmer indoor pool plus small spa.Recommend room with a balcony as there is no AC in most rooms.Choice and quality of the food was good.

The short time spent there

Fairy is exceptionally warm and cosy. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The personnel is friendly and always ready to help. The entire place is sparkling clean! The food is of high quality and well prepared. We had a buffet for breakfast and a set menu with five different options for the main course at dinner. The pool has 32 degrees mineral water. We usually visit the place in summer, but I am happy to notice that it offers the same comfort and relaxation in cold weather.

The food was of a high quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient.

The exterior entrance area requires ‘the end of season’ attention as it does not do justice to the interior decor and facilities.

The room we stayed in had signs of wear and tear - needs a little maintenance.

Very clean and all the staff of the hotel was exceptional - polite, helpful and always smiling. We were very pleased and we recommend the hotel 100%.
