I loved the hotel, the staff was very healphul, the room was wonderful.
No available massage, and not much anything else to do as activities.Nobody informed us thst we can delay our departure with a simple additional fee of 20lv per hour. Instead I had to overhear it from the receprionist conversing with another costumer (we asked for extended departute hour).
The friendly staff, the menu, the rooms condition. All was excellent.
The minibar items were not checked and some were expired.
This is a real gem in Oreshaka. The people running the accommodation made sure you feel wanted. The rooms are clean, spacious and furnished with a lot of taste. The restaurant has great food and atmosphere.

The hotel is just a right weekend spot. The room was fancy and really cosy. The restaurant downstairs is with a nice interior as well the food is delicious.
Breakfast is on a set menu and a variery of non-fried and much healthier options will be better.

0 out of the 9 options offered for breakfast was vegan. They offered us some tomato and cucumber, but it could be so much better: seasonal fruit, freshly-squeezed juice, avocado, spreads like lutenitsa or the one made of aubergine... all of that is vegan. Could be improved very easily.
Perfect place for leisure or business/home office. Staff was smiley and nice in every way when we communicated. Food and restaurant staff, live music and authentic bulgarian style was amazingly good.
