All decorations and designs good. Only bathroom shower part not good. Water goes everywhere

No clear late checkout cost mention in reception.Nobody will call you or know door to remind you. Only charge you when you are late than 10.30. The young lady in reception will insist and say it is your own responsibility.very bad experience.

lovely breakfast, very clean area and well stocked and good variety

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helped us with anything we needed, including biking rentals. The hotel is new and refreshing. so nice that it's a new building. The breakfast and the dinner restaurant are excellent.

Our stay was amazing! Beautiful hotel, the restaurant is top-notch, the staff very helpful and friendly. We loved staying here with emma (our dog).

We arrived by bike at 19.00 and were able to order pizzas from de Cocksdorp and spend a great evening in the bar lounge with a super friendly lady who was in charge

Breakfast was very common, no good sleep and the Cold water in the bathroom.I complain for that to the reception.

Friendly and helpful staff; good, local draft beer. The well-informed staff. The substantial Dutch breakfast.

The steep and narrow tread stairs up to the rooms

breakfast was really good, there were a lot of variety of foods, quality was also good. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. People also were great. I don't like carpets in common places. It is so hard to keep it clean, so it is a low score for me. Also room furnitures were a little bit old but they were in good condition. Extra pillows would be nice in the rooms but it is not a five star hotel, it could be better but overall it was a good hotel.

carpets on the floor, old furnitures, bar closes so early, it is a bit a rural area and there is nothing you can doing.

The Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The stairs.. it was so steep and hard to climb and there was pieces of carpet loose wich could be dangerous.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast, and very friendly and sweet staff! Made us feel so welcome and were so helpful with everything and friendly even though we arrived quite late in the evening.

Small, quaint hotel. Nice garden at the back. Cosy room with good beds. Breakfast simple, but exceeded expectation.

Surrounding of hotel was different than expected based on photos. Hotel is located alongside a small, heavily used road (not shown on photographs). No good possibility to have a walk. No facilities within walking distance.Bathroom was in need of modernization, although the shower was nice and warm. Coffee at breakfast could be improved, it was shared from a shared thermos. Overall, we feel that the priced paid was too high for what was offered.

A great breakfast with lovely professionnal people.

Could have be good to have a restaurant as you need a car if you want to eat.
