Hello, I'm Itamar and I came with Maya. We wanted peace of mind and that's what we got, but so much more. The place where La Central is located is one of the most special and magical Maya and I ever saw. The little river by the hotel gave us new energy and filled us with great vitality. The experience of eating dinner by the river at night, in the midst of the forest, and looking at the full moon which hang upon the trees was one of a kind. The food and all the dishes will remembered as one of the best. The spa also was good. We look forward getting back.

The attention, food, quietness and staff. I’ll recommend to people that would like a quiet place full of nature :-)

The room was very spartan, with peeling leather panels and very few facilities. Very poor internet connection. No bar. Spa is very small and in need of an update given the hotel’s cost per night.We had explained to the front desk that we had a massage booked through the booking.com app and that we had dinner booked at a restaurant for the evening. They then pushed back the massage at the last minute without explanation meaning we needed to cancel our dinner reservation.The biggest problem with this hotel however is how isolated it is. 20 minutes drive through dangerous crumbling roads.

The place is great in the middle of nature. It combines a nice architecture with easy access to water (river, lake and spa). The people there is super nice and helpful and the dishes served there more than excellent (we enjoyed the complete menu card ?)

The location was amazing! Wish we could have spent more time. The potential of this property is endless. Staff was lovely.

The bed room needed to be better appointed. My husband and I couldn’t fit on the tiny double bed. Need to have king size beds. Linens / bedding need upgrades. Dogs / pets would certainly be nice.

Uniquely situated hotel for people interested in hiking. Beautiful and original hotel in quiet surroundungs. Very good dinners. Comfortable and peaceful. On the hiking trail is a restaurant with swimmingpool, but you need to book your lunch since it is a local favourite. There is also a river with a superb place for swimming.

The road to this remote hotel is long and narrow and you hope you will not meet another car on the way. One bedroom was spacious with bath/Shower,the other much smaller and with only a shower - for the same price. Very slippery bathroom tiles, lack of shampoo.

Very good breakfast, clean rooms and nice staff. We had a really nice view from the room towards the river. It was quiet and very relaxing. The lake nearby - Pantano de Boadella is amazing for water sports

The spa is not that big and some of the facilities were not working. Slow wifi
