Decent hotel near-ish to castle

Beds are very firm which is par for the course for European hotels.

I like breakfast, nice view from restaurant/ But the best part is the pool and sauna after hiking.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by picturesque hills and river Dunajec. The breakfast was quite nice with many choices. Garden behind the hotel is well kept. The boat trips are available just steps away from the hotel.

The hotel is quite dated and needs some improvements. Hot water pressure is unstable so the shower is either too hot or cold.

We wish we had planned to stay another night! We were able to schedule last minute spa massage services which were excellent. A scenic walk along the river and a delicious breakfast buffet were highpoints for us. Evening sauna and pool relaxation was wonderful - clean rooms and facilities!

It would be nice to have a morning session for the sauna. Great facility and staff!

The Hotel was a pretty good standard for a three star spa hotel. The facilities were great, the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent, I recommend the Lamb Gulasz. The room was spacious and we managed to use the extra space for our board game evening. The room was also warming the beds were comfortable. We liked the location by the river and the views were spectacular.

There was very little we didn't like although probably a more firmer control on rules in the swimming pool/sauna area. The changing rooms are connected in a way that we realised men and women were walking through opposite sex shower areas. Also, there is a sign that anyone below the age of 16 cannot enter the sauna area, but it was complete chaos with kids running in and out of the sauna.

Facilities are really good. Food in the restaurant is excellent. View from balcony on Trzy Korony is really great, thanks to location. Great staff, even in case of problems with heating on arrival day, it got quickly resolved.

The location of the hotel is central, close to the main landmarks, parking, shops and beginning of hiking trails. The saunas, swimming pools are maintained and well equipped. There is a large garden with a nice view to the river and mountains, perfectly fir for chilling.

The cleanliness was somewhat questionable: the balcony wasn't the cleanest and there were weird odors coming from the fridge. The fridge was barely working, so we were cooling the drinks on the balcony. The breakfast seemed not to be fresh a few times either.

Great location. Tasty breakfast. Swimming pool available to guests. Restaurant offering a nice verity of local dishes.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing wow. View was ok, and the grounds are in a very good location.

Service wasnt the best. Room was very old, and looks like it needs a renovation. Pool area was also old, and I think not well organized.

Outstanding place in many aspects. It's a shame we did not stay long enough to have a chance to explore the area fully. Highly recommended 10/10, food was really good!!!
