Hotel Łaziska

Very nice location, clean and tidy lobby and room. Lovely breakfast and cappuccino. Easy to park. Nice view , shop and restaurant is also close.

No internet in building 3, WIFI was unfortunately not strong enough so TV was also not available sometimes. The room was sold for 4 person in a 3 bed room, which is ok, if the couch can be extended. That room should not not sold for 4 person.

Modern clean and comfortable with a good breakfast

The attachment in the shower was broken, and the room we were given only had one duvet for a double bed that didn't fit the bed, let alone when two people were under it. The breakfast was extremely poor, with no labelling or staff available to ask about allergy concerns.

What a lovely place to go to. Friendly staff, especially Monika who spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel. She was also the perfect bar tender too. Our breakfast was amazing and exactly what we needed!

The mattress was terrible, you can fill every spring in it.Double bed with two mattress that are always separated

curtains were to thin, had a room in front of lanterns hence during the night it was really bright in the room, which was uncomfortable for me

The room was clean and comfortable

When I arrived I went to main hotel and was told my room was in the anex above restaurant no one showed me where I should go.When I arrived at the restaurant I had no idea where to go, no one asked "Can I help you"I eventually found my room. I went down to the restaurant for a meal, as soon as I opened my mouth and the staff realised I was English no one wanted to serve me I eventually got served but there was a bit of an atmosphere As I said before the room was clean and comfortable but when dusk fell I was kept awake all night by the glare of the lights from the complex it was like trying to sleep for 8 hrs in broad daylight ,blinds would have been an asset I eventually gave up trying and left

The facilities were good, if a little tired and in need of updating. Room Size was good, air con, fridge and shared balcony. Great location. Plenty of parking.

The party until 2am which we weren't told about. Lack of detail about where to go for what, no advise on where things ere such as pool, bar, etc. All in different buildings and no guidance.

it was quite ok but not worth the price

Room was much less nice than we expected form fotos. We got a room on the tarrace level were everyone could look into throuh windows, and the coutains were to small to close them. A receptionist didn’t inform us, neither was is nowhere mentioned that the spa use is an additional fee. Just after we finished the same receptionist came to us that we need to pay for it and said “it is also not written anywhere it is free”, no comment on that. While it took this lady about 15 min just to check us in, so generally not a professional stuff.
