- superb quiet location food was superb staff very friendly
- Beds were comfy enough
Cons -
- The walls were quite thin but other than that all was as expected.
- Poor welcome, piecemeal/dated decor, unloved but bags of potential. Isolated location buts lots of unrealised charm

The size of the room, the children's bed, the stairs were like in a castle.
Unfortunatelly we got reply too late that the restaurant would be open (normally it would be closed as it was holiday). Luckily there was pizza place not far away.
Location
Room and corridors smelly,no air conditioning ,food at the restaurant very low quality
Friendly staff & super restaurant. A stunning village location.
The location was good. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was decent.
Lack of atmosphere in the restaurant - bar. They could have had some background music, for example. We also found the walls very thin between rooms. We were woken up by the sound the the tv next door.
Pleasant
Cigarette smell in the room. Mould in the bathroom and very small shower

We we.re allocated a double room! Restaurant food is good. Parking is ample. Town is interesting. The hotel looked after us very well when the restrictions came in in 2021
Nothing in particular
Location was excellent for travelling into the Alps the following day and missing the traffic.Excellent parking which again makes things easy.Restaurant was good and good was lovely, local supermarket too to get any bits required.
Nothing, all fine. Basic rooms but price is fair and only staying one night so needed nothing more.
Conveniently located off motorway, very quiet village which is very rural and historic - worth a walk around.
The staff was very friendly and accommodated very well our pets and our late arrival. The room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast was tasty and all what we needed. The hotel has a terrace, a restaurant, a bar, a self-service kitchen, all nicely separated yet connected. The location in the center of Cuiseaux, at the port of Jura is lovely for travelers of the region.
Great value for money. Very clean, easy parking and good wifi. Nice restaurant onsite too.
We were just a little hot overnight with no air conditioning. But it was an extremely hot day so generally this shouldn’t be a problem. We would return.
Lovely stay. Comfortable beds, pleasant staff and Room, carpark right outside and a really great breakfast. Recommended.
Nothing not to like.
Friendly staff in a quiet town and no problem bringing the dog. Nice bar and restaurant attached. Good breakfast.
There was no door on the bathroom.
Very cute property, good parking, staff were friendly and very tolerant of my terrible attempts to speak French. The room we were in was good, comfy beds and the kids liked the bunkbeds. A lot of people have complained about the lack of toilet door BUT to reassure people - there is a door to the bedroom area. So it’s not totally open plan.
It was a bit noisy at night - some loud cars and motorbikes- but not really anything to not like at this property
The outside of the building doesn't lead you to believe that inside is like a medieval castle with all modern conveniences, wonderful we will be staying again.
No kettle in the room.
Great little stop over while driving down to the Alps for snowboarding trip. Perfect to just get a quiet nights sleep with easy parking on site and a great restaurant to have dinner. supermarket and fuel station near by as well so ideal little stop over if heading down that way from the uk for your alpine holidays.
