    Good location just off motorway

In an industrial area with no easy access to to shops/restaurants. Hotel was noisy at night with people coming and going and dropping stuff/shutting doors!!

    location

Very noisy, sounded like loud banging in hotel in the very early hours of the morning

Close to motor way, park to walk the dog in, friendly and nice restaurant.

The bins overflowing near the children's park.

Location was great, right next to motorway so very convenient for us as it was just a driving break one night stay.Restaurant is superb and very friendly staff.

Room was very basic but clean, bathroom was freezing though as had no heating.

Handy for journey. Dog friendly. Pleasant staff.

Restaurant not open due to public holiday so we had nowhere to eat when we arrived. The hotel didn't inform us of this. Situated on an industrial estate.

Position, convenient for travelling to bilbao port, from costa blanca

Poor facilities in the room , spotlight by door would not switch off not allowing sleep without taking key fob out ,cutting all power to the room. Water was only Luke warm with no plugs in the sink or bath. No staff on duty at night, to rectify faults

We were delayed and the Receptionist waited patiently to check us in. Our two dogs were very welcome

It was all good as we expected.

Good location for a pit stop, out of town and plenty of free parking right outside the door. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower amazing!

The hotel is tired and sound proofing is poor, you could hear snoring from another room and toilets flushing during the night. The restaurant was closed due to a public holiday and there is no where else to eat nearby. We were advised that the restaurant would be closed though so we took provisions and ate in our room.

Receptionist very helpful clean, bar next door provided a meal which was very good. Dog friendly with a park opposite

    Too hot for me

    4GinaPosted on: 10-28-2024

Very pricey for a poor hotel

Tiny room with 3 beds rammed in.Very noisy

Good location for a short overnight stop on our travel back to the UK from Spain. The room was clean and comfortable. There was parking outside the hotel although it was not secured parking.

We chose this hotel for convenience as we just needed an overnight stop with the option to have a meal in the evening and breakfast in the morning. On Booking.Com there is reference to a restaurant next door that would be open during our stay. Unfortunately we were told the restaurant was temporarily closed, so there was no option for an evening meal or breakfast. As the hotel was in a small industrial area there was nothing in walking distance. We drove to a local supermarket to get some food in the end.

excellent location for overnight stay while travelling from England to Southern Spain. We have stayed a few times and staff are always friendly.

could do with some English tv channels.

Location excellent for travelling next to motorway. Dog friendly

Very basic, Restaurante and bar closed sunday

Reception couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Clean and quiet air conditioned room. First floor room - but there is a lift (which helps when you’re travelling with an elderly dog who can’t do stairs anymore, and all their paraphernalia!).

Outside area (where I walked the dog) messy, uncared for. No kettle - but I had a travel kettle (and a portable fridge!).

Bus stop 15mins walk away to take you into Zaragoza (buses a little confusing but we got there in the end) then a tram into the old part of the city. Room clean, good shower and somewhere to eat and get drinks downstairs.

Not the best of locations on an out of town business park area but we knew that when we booked.

Bathroom was quite nice. The room was clean

it was in an industrial area with no eateries or anything nearby. There seem to be a lot of random people mainly local men who came to the bar below the hotel area to drink in the evening. It was a little unsettling as I was a woman travelling alone.there was no-one on reception after 8pm.The bed was squeaky and not very comfortable. In the morning there was no one to open the breakfast room at the time stated. The breakfast when it became available later on when the staff arrived consisted only of a coffee, orange juice and tostada - which was cold and burnt. The wifi was appalling and would only remain connected for a maximum of 2 minutes at a time

The bed was comfortable, the evening meal was very good and so we're the staff. The location was good for access to the A23.

Breakfast was included but not really worth bothering. At chdck-in we were asked to pay when we already had confirmation that our payment had been accepted. It was eventually sorted out. Leaving or joining the A23 was made complicated possibly by our GPS or was this normal? This hotel, on the industrial estate is best described as a 'truck stop which is fine but don't expect any whistles of bells.
