Breakfast was good. Big comfortable rooms. Supplied a dog bed with food which was a nice touch. The pools and general facilities were great.

The parking is very busy and at night you would have to go to the far end which could be a 10 minute walk

Very nice club to spend your vacation with children, there are many activities and a large green area for strolls. We got a family apartment, which had 2 levels and was nicely equipped and super clean. The two bedrooms were air-conditioned (but the living room wasn't).

The dining room for dinner closes early, at 21:00. The food was mediocre. The stairs leading to the second level of the apartment were narrow and not convenient.

The location is amazing, the facilities are very good for families, it is very clean and very enjoyable place to spend vacation.

Maybe the price for the stay is a bit expensive, therefore the food very average and the staff struggle to speak English.But we still loved it.

Super dog friendly - our dog has never been to better resort. Spacious rooms. Good and well organized meals. Superbly kept surroundings.

Very old apartment and everything that is in the room. No bidet or washing machine. Very small shower room. For 12 days the bed linen was never changed. Towels were changed once only at our request from. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the rooms. Cockroaches enter through window cracks, crawl and fly around the apartment.

The breakfast was very diverse. The accommodation complex comes with a LOT of options to spend your time. The pools were nice and not crowded, we found a sunbed easily. We stayed only one night, so we didn't get to see much, but seemed like a nice place.

There were room details seemed old and dated. Shower head didn't work properly, squeaky chairs and rust on some things.They made us pay the turistic tax again even though it was payed via booking, it was 3-4 euros, not much still not a nice thing.

Great accommodation- the little cottage / house was cute and there were so many activities available for the kids. We loved that there were so many dogs there. Always a wagging tail and a dog to pat which we loved!

The food was expensive for the quality. It was nice food - but for the price it should have been a lot better. The room didn’t feel super clean - the cups in the bathroom had toothpaste in the bottom of it from a previous guest and the floor downstairs could do with a good scrub. In the bathroom we found long hair on the floor - we all have short hair so it wasn’t from us! But otherwise it was great.

Location met our expectations, swimming pool was available.

During extreme heat property did not have any air conditioning and did not offer us anything such as fan or ventilator, it was unbearable stay for us. Swimming pools were not cleaned frequently - it was dirty. Food could be better and offering more variety.

The resort is beautiful, neat and clean. The location is good, they have enough parking spaces.

The service was bad, they were unfriendly. The choice of food, especially for vegetarians, is small. Since the resort was fully booked, the buffet quickly ran out of food. The service could do with learning English, at least the basics.

The whole place is really relaxing, super dog-friendly and everyone was nice and helpful!The dog pool and the fenced area is amazing!

During the week there is no Self service at dinner. (Undestandable, since fhere od Los season)Would.be cheaper to buy dinner at the spot (comparing to half board which i paid). Wellness needs more saunas (now tbey have 2).

Fantastic location with great clean facilities, animals… perfect place for families or friends.

Great concept for location, based on zones for different activities, zones for kids, zone for animals. All quiet, surrounded by nature, excellent services for SPA. I took lymphatic drainage massage and it was so relaxing. My apartment was not fancy, but everything needed was inside, even prepared for cooking.

I arrived very late in the night and I didn't receive all indications in reception, how to arrived to accommodation place, because it is small campus and cars are outside accommodation area. Over the weekend, restaurant was serving only breakfast and it was no other option for lunches, than go out to shopping place and prepare something in the apartment. But most of the people are bringing all with them, probably not a real issue.

Great pool which kids loved! A nice site with good staff and good range of facilities.

No access to laundry facilities.

The apartment was really nice, but the sofa bed is not the most comfortable. The hotel is good and good for families with kids.

1h waiting for the check in at the reception(personal very slow and there was no interest for all the people waiting in line for check in) the room was dusty and we found spiders in there and also some other dead insects. also the hallway of the building was full of spiders on the corners.the personal was rude, they told us that we can park anywhere and after looking for a parking spot for a few minutes( because the hotel was full) we parked on a spot and they called us and said that we have to move the car because it is the owner’s spot…we asked for another parking spot because it said on booking that we have parking and they told us if we don’t find a parking sport in the patio we can let the car parked on a field

We liked the area. The embankment, nature, activities. the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The food was good. Proximity to Kesthely and Heviz was a bonus. Great place for dog owners!

They claim to be eco-friendly and change only the towels we leave on the floor - but they change them daily. We had to leave the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door to "save" the towels :)
