The fitness room need some basic cardio machine like:-Treadmill -Bicycle -EllipticalI know it’s good to exercise outdoor like running in the nature, but when the weather is not suitable for outdoor training you need to use the fitness room.There was a balcony in my suite but unfortunately it’s not accessible. There is no door to reach it only through the window.

Amazing breakfast! Great selection of food. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Hotel is beautiful - wonderful cozy experience. Staff were brilliant. Wonderful for families- the kids loved it! Jacuzzi is great! Sauna is lovely! Also restaurant is amazing - one of the nicest I’ve been in. Very close to the Cernix lift and ski school. Also close to other restaurants and bars. Ski bus stops beside if you want to go to Crest Voland centre. However it’s a short walk!

It was perfect!

We have stayed in this awesome hotel during Christmas period. Staff was always very helpful,nothing was problem at all, meals in the restaurant were so delicious! We will come back for sure! And you have ski area behind the building,such a great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hôtel du Mont-Charvin & Spa, a beautiful hotel designed in the traditional French Alpine style, with warm wooden interiors. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room, which offered spacious comfort and stunning mountain views. The staff at check-in were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located right by the ski slopes for winter activities, and the surrounding area is equally spectacular in summer, offering a peaceful escape from the heat. Highly recommended for both winter and summer getaways!

The food was not freshly prepared and very disappointing. To be avoided. We had reserved a table in the restaurant for our first night, only to find the restaurant was closed and we ended up in the bar with the football playing on the TV.

What a beautiful place to stay! The room was super clean and beds were comfy. Our rooms shared a balcony with the mountain view. The breakfast was very good.

Great hotel. We only stayed one night but was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were all exceptional especially the front desk. Food was also good where we had one of the best Raclette .

Food choice for the kids and being charged for more than we had. Also BBQ we attended was appalling - burnt food that tasted of petrol or some other fuel type. It was also very expensive for what we got served.

Perfect location for resting and skiing! ski rental in front of the hotel, first ski lift behind the hotel, 2 restaurants in the hotel, jacuzzi, massage and a fantastic breakfast! very comfortable rooms….. superb stay and warm welcome! All perfect!

Beautiful hotel with lovely views over the valley. Had a good meal on the terrace. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Very friendly staff.

what a great place !remarkable location and a great place to be, with nice facilities. very nice staff, and when I asked to get a room in the front of the hotel instead of the back, they went to prepare a room for me, and I could wait in a very nice jacuzzi (even tho it was closed, they opened it just for me)

The chalet is gorgeous and the food lovely. Mainly, really it is the staff that made our stay. They went above and beyond for our group of 6 girls. Thank you Laura, Jeanne and Willmann for making us feel so welcome and comfortable and for helping create wonderful memories for us.

Only minor point for improvement might be the breakfast items that had run out by the time we got there.

Great location for a ski break, ski hire opposite, chair lift just behind the hotel. With decent snow, you can ski back to the door. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff, nice room with comfortable bed. Very clean. Food in the restaurant was superb. Really enjoyed our stay.

We didn't find the electric window shutters until night two. Our own fault! The switch is behind the curtains.

We did not eat a meal at the location.

It was all great.
