The bed and BLACKOUT shutters on the windows let me get a nights sleep I haven't had in my month abroad.

We first stayed here 2 years ago as it is handy for the ferry, and didn't hesitate to rebook this year for the same reason. Very clean, great rooms with all you need and very spacious. Plenty of parking and it feels secure. The shower rates as one of the best I have ever used! The bar server was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us - bringing cushions out to us when we were outside and then dashing to help us in when it started to rain.... Breakfast was good with surprising variety for quite a small place! I strongly recommend to anyone.

To be honest, this is a great place so any issues are very minor. A little on the expensive side, but positives such as cleanliness etc do not come cheap. Also it's a shame that the restaurant does not serve food on a weekend evening but we found somewhere fairly close to get a nice meal (the hotel is very close to the main road links so everywhere is very accessible).

The rooms were clean and comfortable with convenient parking. Staff made it though. Very very friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit off to the side and took a minute to find but the signage was good.

As a relatively cheap overnight 'motel' type stay, it was good. There was enough space, a compact cooker, sink and small fridge. The bed was comfortable and there was a desk and chair. Parking was easy. We were self catering, but the restaurant looked inviting and did evening meals and breakfast.The desk staff were very friendly.

The cooking implements, plates and cutlery were VERY minimalist. We had salad but to survive more than an overnight and provide a meal, you would need to buy some extra cooking implements and pots and plates. Check carefully which days the restaurant is open, if relying on it - Once you have reached this peripheral trading estate, you'd drive a long way to find a shop or another restaurant, so come prepared.

Steps with suitcase

Cleanliness, privacy with own entrance, spacious, very comfortable bed, lovely shower. A 5 minute walk to Super U that closed at 8pm enough time for us to stock up and cook as the restaurant was closed at the weekend.

All was nice and clean simple rooms that have every thing you need .Good value for the money . Big super market just near the hotel .

Very welcoming and lovely and clean! We requested a room change for a room with a fridge and microwave to make tea for our 15 month old and nothing was too much trouble!

We arrived late and had a very easy check-in, the receptionist was very attentive and kept the bar open for us too! Room was immaculate and spacious with balcony and the lounge / bar / breakfast area really comfortable and with a lovely ambience.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable convenient place to stay with spacious well appointed rooms (pod/chalet like layout) and easy parking. Clean.
