The breakfast & meals were very nice. The staff very peasant & helpful.

Nothing special since one night only.

Great hotel, however parking is not secure and we were advised to park our motorcycles around the park out of view. Staff were extremely nice and could not fault the hotel. Location is on the outskirts.

Wish they had secure parking.

Staff was friendly room clean and the view perfect.

Dinner at the hotel was shocking. Nothing cooked, just reheated slob served in the same Glass jars they bought it in. Prices like in a restaurant, though. We eated out for the rest of our stay.

I was robbed of belongings by the staff. It would have shown on cctv yet the hotel and manager would hand over the footage to myself or the police. Protecting themselves

We arranged prior to the arrival that we would be allowed an early check in as we would be driving through the night with our 3 kids.When we arrived at 10 o'clock though it became clear that our room was not ready at all for at least another 4 hours.Pool was closed for maintenance as well and when asking for simple things like dinner options we didn't get any feedback - quite disappointing and feel the arrangement to use the rooms earlier was simply a way to confirm the booking, not great.

Did not realise that their restaurant was closed at the weekend. The young girl did not seem to know the area and was unable to suggest suitable restaurants. This meant driving back towards Grenoble at dusk looking for somewhere to eat. Not what we wanted to do after long drive.No tea making facilities in the room. Rather shabby bathroom.

The breakfast was nice, and everything else was great☺️

The evening meal in the restaurant that we ordered (beef) could have been better. Little pommes frites and vegetables and a very boney chunk of meat.

The hotel is easy to find with ample free parking available. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. The manager was concerned about the safety of our motorcycles and insisted that we move them to rear of the hotel to reduce the risk of them being stolen. The rooms are large, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The restaurant serves excellent food and is good value. The hotel makes a great base to explore Grenoble, Vercors and the Rhône Alps.

The room was good, there was a big parking and a restaurant at the location. Decent breakfast, friendly staff.

Employees were super friendly and an unexpectedly high level of English language of the employees. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean

Shower could get an upgrade; Food in the restaurant of the hotel was ok, but I expected more

Unfortunately due to a temporary staffing shortage, the restaurant was limited in its offering

it was very easy to check in, staff is very friendly, room is clean, location is good just next to highway. nearby the hotel there is an italian pizza restauran, super nice food!

The room was great. Perfect location near the airport. We did not take the breakfast since we had to leave too early. The person at the front desk went out of his way to help us plan our departure, car return, and so on. He was really awfully nice.
