- What I liked most about the place was definitely the location. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast and the meals served in the restaurant. It is worth booking for these reasons alone. We went there for a wedding and the entire event was perfectly organized. I highly recommend this venue for weddings.There are plenty of attractions for kids, a great wet spa area and the cleanliness is impressive. Check-in was fairly quick and there is good parking space availability. The bathrooms are nice, the rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is efficient.

- The stuff dont speak at all any foreign languages ( english , german..)Theoretically the spa is open until 9pm while were sitting in the jakuzzi at 8:30 pm they complety switched it off (lights, bubbles..) and doesnt care about us. They wanted to leave us the place much earlier then the close time. The breakfast wasnt fresch enough at all(salads, hams, cheese..) .
- I didn’t like the lack of a general theme in the design. It was apparent that no interior designer was involved, as the decor looked very random. There were too many commercial elements everywhere, like signage and information points, which detracted from the overall feel. It definitely wasn’t a picturesque place and it was hard to find a spot suitable for a great photo to post on Instagram. The design felt like a bit of everything with no clear character.Additionally, I didn’t like the fact that there was only one ironing room; irons should be available in the rooms, which is the standard I expect from a 4-star hotel. I also witnessed two strange situations at the reception: one involving a straightforward payment issue where the reception staff didn’t follow the guest’s instructions and another where our friends had to leave their room due to a booking misunderstanding, just 30 minutes before we had to set off for the wedding.

No internet connection at the chalet, bad selection at breakfast even though we requested for Vegan breakfast way in advance. Loud parties till 12 in the garden.
