Beautiful hotel very friendly staff definitely would come back

The only minus in our family room no. 15 was an intense strong humming noice next to our room which was not comfortable that would be the only minus the rest of the stay wonderful

Lovely hotel. Goog food in the restaurant in the evening. Nice riom

The facilities are close early and open late in the morning.

Rural setting had potential for walking and riding. Lovely to see horses about. Wedding organisers and waiters were very helpful and made the wedding day very memorable. Thank you.

Stairs to upper level did not have rails to aid those with mobility difficulties. Breakfast room needed to be totally cleared by 10am for cleaning. Nowhere else to sit if poor weather outside. We were there for a weekend wedding so needed other places downstairs to sit. It was a very rainy weekend. Staff were very abrupt at times eg just needed some milk for coffee at end of breakfast but staff insisted on taking it away from fridge. Likewise butter for bread roll on another morning.‘Superior room’ was more expensive but much smaller than a regular room. Could not see what was ‘superior’ about it. An information pack about the local area, amenities, and walking trails (local maps) in English would be helpful for English speaking guests. Menus with English translation would help choices.

Great value for money. Good food. Greatlocation if you travel by motorcycle, like I do.

That I only had 2 days!

Placed in beautiful surroundings. The staff was very sweet. Nice atmosphere. The horseback riding?

The smell of chlorine in theroom. I had read in some other reviews that the smell of chlorine in the room was horrible, and I was thinking, how bad can it be? But it was pretty bad. I could hardly breathe and we had to wash down the whole bathroom with water. It helped.

Breakfast good. Plenty of choice.

The location was delightful, especially so for the wedding we were attending. Some staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Lack of information on the hotel facilities and the local area. We missed the opportunity for a Jacuzzi.Food availability finished promptly at the stated time even if you were Hal way through getting a drink or finishing your meal. I ended up with tea with no milk and bread with no butter as both had been cleared away.

For a hotel I was disappointed that there were no tea, coffee making facilities in the rooms or water. We arrived late on and couldn't get anything. Also at breakfast they were very strict about times. At 10am they literally kicked us out made us feel uncomfortable bring there.

Nice place, good location, close to nature

Our room missing light balls and soap. Terrible orientation in what is covered by half board (dinner). Got actually "robbed" there and had to argue later with the staff.

Perfectly clean room. Delicious food. The best receptionist we have ever met. We totaly loved the restaurant view - horses trainings.

We would appreciate indoor play room for children.

very tasty breakfast.every day something sweet, bread, eggs, yoghurt.Big suprise that during breakfast You can watch horses after window.

I couldn't find kettle to make tea for myself

Parking in the front of the building. Receptionist Michaela was super helpful and friendly. Massage was a great idea! Wellness available and the highlight was horse riding and watching them while eating at the restaurant. We realy enjoy stay at Vysoká Liberec is just cca 10 míns huge play area Babylon is just stunning! Skywalk in Poland cca 50 míns by car was great experience. Breakfast was OK.

Beds weren't ready for us when we arrived, in December was not heating on only when we asked for. In one of the rooms the bathroom was very smelly. Receptionist Míša and chef fixed everything for us. Thank you! At night we could hear droning sound.

Beautiful region, cozy atmosphere, hygienic,good food in the restaurant (menucard is only inCzech, no English), very nice, large room with perfectlyworking air conditioning!

We had two dogs with us,which we had to pay way too much for!(Almost 100 euros for three nights)They didn't even get a treat, a toy, a blanketin the room,...Which for this price should have been at least!The passage to the hotel rooms is in the sameplace as the photobooth whenparties are organized.We found that too crowded and not practical.Moving the photoboothor an extra entrance would solve this.

Lovely place with great staff. We had a wonderful time with our two young children. The food was excellent and there was lots to do and see in the area.

Great staff, very kind and nice, willing to prepare very early breakfast at 7am for a MTB racer sprinting to catch the start of the race!:-) Thanks again, great host!

- excellent location, perfect surrounding, very quiet in the middle of nature- availability of horse riding- spacious rooms and restaurant, nice playground for kids- big restaurant, tasty food (dinner, lunch - a la carte selection)

- interaction with the personnel, experience of receptionist very poor (we met 2 different during our stay and both stated, they are in training), no recommendation- breakfast selection not reflecting presence on farm (low selection)- room maintenance (difficult to open the roof window)

We were told that dinner and breakfast was part of the room price, which it was not.

Everything was perfect. Especially environment in the region. Definitely I will go there again. This time with a little adventure of horse riding the owners of this place offers
