The location and the feel of an alpine retreat.

Not easy to find

Beautiful location, no cars, very quiet (after the evening entertainment is ended about 10pm). Since our room was not yet cleaned up upon our arrival, we got an upgrade to the top floor (8th floor) with an amazing view of the lake. Good value for money.

Simply furnished and cleaned every day, though there was some dust flying around from underneath the bed. Don't expect overwhelming food at the buffet restaurant.

The view of the lake through the window was enchanting – it was a mesmerizing experience.

The food was amazing and plentiful. I really enjoyed the opportunity to use the kayak and the windsurf board and to swim in the pool or lake.

It does what is says on the tin… it’s a hotel/resort offering half and full board options.Rooms were small and basic but clean. Think Of a level between Ibis-budget and Ibis Location and the views from the balcony were spectacular.

Very strange system for eating. Tickets need to be purchased at the reception in advance and at neither restaurant could you order a drink . You have to exit the restaurant and go to the bar yourself, pay for your drink, the return back to the restaurant. Not too inconvenient for the BBQ restaurant but a nuisance if you’re eating in the main restaurant as the bar is downstairs.Food quality and standards were that of a motorway service station and the value for money was pretty similar also.The entire hotel appears to have been built out of a hospital or retirement home… corridors and rooms are very reminiscent of that type of building As already mentioned, NO air conditioning anywhere which means the rooms can get very hot and stuffy . Also couldn’t find any information in the room as to what facilities were available and how everything worked.First sight I saw when entering the hotel reception was a quarter-full wall mounted and glass fronted ashtray showing all the cigarette butts! Really not a good location to mount this!!

Over priced and disappointing

Noise, parking and access, probable food poisoning, disinterested staff.

Lovely location right by the lake. It cost a bit more than we were paying on our motorcycle trip but when u took in a free bbq in the evening and breakfast, the next morning it was not bad value. Clean and tidy motorbikes parked safely very good place to stay.

Music went on a little bit but finished at 11pm. Think it was only that we were tired and wanted to get to bed early that we found it a bit of a problem.

Stunning location. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Walking to reception. Parking outside grounds. No air con in room. Lifeless and feels sterile almost like a hospital. Mass production without any life.

I would not recommend at all

It says they speak English as well but nobody speaks english and they are quite rude. Stuff didn’t help at all. We were late for check in and we almost couldn’t get in as nobody answered the door- and when they did they didn’t speak English. Did not try to help. It was a terrible experience. Everything in the hotel is too old and not quality.

We had a room with lake view just visible throw the trees, check in was 1600 and the water sports closed at 1700 so we couldnt really use anything

No wifi in room ,room was very warm luckily we had a fan with us .

Amazing location.

Staff were a little off ish at reception. Having to wait until 4 pm to get the room was disappointing especially as the room needed to be vacated at 10 the next morning.Facilities were tired and needed TLC

The location is unbelievable

It’s poor value for money , no food available, no drink making facilities, no shop on site , no drinking water without having to buy it .

Wonderful location, great panorama - directly at the lake

Parking was only possible outside, the room was very hot and the balcony was not clean

The location of the hotel is fantastic and on the lake..and the staff are friendly

Excellent location, great place for a multi-generational family stay. Staff are all very pleasant. Free facilities on lake (pedals/paddle boards/kayaks). Evening entertainment is an added bonus.

Superp Location. (On paper) All amenities needed and even more.

Housekeeping very bad. First room was not tidied up, second room lacked toilet paper and pillow case. Everywhere you can see that it's a building from the 70ies/80ies that needs a makeover. Dinner room looks cheap (plastic chairs etc.) and food choice was limited. Ice box with Magnum ad on the side, but inside just no name ice crean. It's a shame, as the potential of the place is huge!

Great location on waters edge.

Property was looking ill maintained. Very few staff and check in was a little confusing.

The room was not cleaned when we arrived. The staf was in no hurry to clean it. They promised a refund but Made it really hard to exctuLy refund our money
