Hotel Lorenzo

The hotel is only 10 years old. It has nice features like a full service restaurant and elevator. Room looked out onto a beautiful landscape. Not all the rooms offer that feature as it also is an active overnight truck stop. So I requested a room on the opposite side.

Only issue was low pressure and a broken shower head holder, which they were unaware of. The room was very nice but the bathroom was in need of maintenance and repairs.

The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is good.

The air conditioner doesn’t work properly, the room was never warm enough, the WiFi was bad for our room as well.

It was by far the best option in the surroundings. The room was quite big and had a lovely terrace.

The bathroom was ok although I missed a better shampoo and shower gel, that were really low quality. Also I’d have appreciated an extra blanket available since the beginning.

Convenient stopover. Huge bed in big room. Functional truckers style restaurant.

Excellent room with enormous bed. Evening meal and breakfast was good at a great price. Definitely stop again.

Extremely convenient location. Comfortable and clean room. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly staff - they really helped me out with a booking for a hotel later in my trip where no one spoke any English and my Spanish was completely insufficient. Great value for money and the 24hr cafe was good as well.

The Hotel was clean and modern . The facilities were excellent and we ordered food from the bar which was delicious.There was a function on in another room , it was lovely to see people enjoying themselves .

We love the location, with excellent mountain views, and the fantastic, huge beds. Price is always so reasonable too at Hotel Lorenzo.

Good restaurant, good size room, clean... Great value for money. Convinient imediatly out of highway, with bigbparking place.

Great value. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Big room. Comfortable bed. Balcony with great view. Wi-fi and tv. Large bathroom. Good parking facilities. Free. Highly recommended.

Bedrooms are clean enough, but they need some refurbishements

Staff are mostly rude, except for a couple of waiters. Food is really bad

It took a very long time to check in even though we were the only ones checking in. The bed was very large but not comfortable.

Convenient location to stop on a long drive to Andalusia

Staff in the restaurant on the evening of arrival weren’t very happy and the food wasn’t good. The following morning the staff were different and they were very nice and the food was much better.

Internet service was bad in our rooms. Hotel guests should have a separate network from rest of drive through guests

Location was suitable for our needs. The room was very good, lovely view, bed extremely comfortable.

Whilst the room was comfortable it was far from clean and there was no hot water. Told to leave tap running which we did leading to a flooded bathroom with all unit drawers full of water due to a plumbing fault. Restaurant disastrous!7 at table as we invited family to lunch. Not only was service slow it was incompetent in that meals were delivered which were different to those ordered. It took over an hour to serve 7 main courses which all arrived cold. Having sent 2 bottles of red wine back as undrinkable the third was barely acceptable. Food, wine and service were all poor. No apology or adjustment to the bill were made despite complaints.

Very nice and big room and the bed was big and extra comfortable. It was difficult to leave.

Restaurant was so busy, diners and staff rushing about everywhere so unable to relax to enjoy my meal.continoud stream of people going to and from toilets.great for the hotel but not for me.
