- Staff were very friendly and helpful. I went at the end of skiing season, and the shuttle bus was not working, but the manager kindly found a lift twice for me. Also very helpful with other things.
- Excellent location near the bus stop to Chiareggio. Close to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. They had excellent advice about nearby hikes in the mountains. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Amazing, family-run hotel, we were there with our two dogs and the place was just perfect. It felt like staying at friends.
