The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.Breakfast was very good fruit to eat there and takeaway.

The shower head would stay up, made showering difficult but we reported it and we’re told it would be fixed.

This was a very new and clean hotel with lovely staff

It was a little tricky to find the hotel. The post code took me to a different hotel. The only thing I would have liked is a waste paper bin in the room.

We have used before travelling from U.K. to Spain. An amazing hotel. Good value. Nice staff. Has an amazing heated pool. Which in the autumn and winter is nice way to relax. Great breakfast too. Hot options. Nice restaurants adjacent to hotel. Plus an amazing Chinese buffet restaurant 5-10 minutes walk away. Have used before and will use again.

This Ibis is the best Ibis we’ve ever visited! The staff were professional, friendly, dedicated, articulate, incredibly informative, accommodating and quick. The room was very clean and tidy and better designed than the majority of other Ibis hotels we’ve visited. The cleanliness was superb and the staff working in the breakfast area were impressive. They refilled everything before it was empty. They cleared and cleaned tables with impressive speed and made every customer feel like they were the only customer even though they were busy. Truly and excellent experience. We would happily visit again and recommend to others.

Nothing. It was the perfect location for our brief stay and they have a gym and a pool which is very unique.

The member of staff on reception at check in was great although she was on her own and she was rushing about doing everything for everyone, that said, she was efficient and friendly. The hotel is dog friendly and we felt they were welcomed in all areas. Our room was spacious and the bed large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value for money, it was continental but with scrambled eggs and bacon. The pastries and bread were really good and there was plenty of choice. Overall a great stay.

We only had 1 set of towels, a hand towel and very small thin bath towel. I didn't realise until I was out of the shower and picked up the second towel. Reception were very apologetic and we were given free water when we checked out. Whilst the bedroom was very clean, the bathroom was not. The toilet base and under the lid was quite stained and appeared to have not been cleaned. there were marks on the sink. It is a shame that the rooms don't have tea and coffee facilities and we really missed this, although we could get coffee from reception.

Really welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was good value for money and plenty of choice:A good example of reliable Ibis, with especially attentive staff.

Nothing to dislike:

Food wasn’t replenished. No human around to ask for more.

Entering the area there were no road signposts for the hotel. It took us 45 minutes to find it.

Lovely heated indoor pool, breakfast was unusually good with fresh fruit eggs, pastries and excellent coffee.

Location was on a noisy main road a long way from Niort's lovely centre

Everything is just great, especially in my case: staying here for a night stop over during the long drive. Swimming pool and gym were exactly what I needed after long drive. Very good selection of food for the dinner and very friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very well equipped. Hotel is very quiet.

Very functional and pleasantly designed rooms. Easy access from main roads as an overnight stop. Excellent staff and a very good breakfast.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Car parking would have been tight if the hotel was full.

Very friendly staff and amazing swimmingpool which is heated up to 33 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was good with fresh teas. The hotelroom is spacious.

The boxspring had a very small mattress on top. Which wasn’t that sturdy. Due to that I haven’t slept the best.

I think everyone came to breakfast at the same time so plates bowls and cutlery a bit sparse but you only had to ask and it was replenished
