The tiny stairs to our second floor room were challenging to climb. Small, narrow, steep

Close to Chateau and gardens - 5 minute walk. Art work on the hotel grounds was awesome. They provided bike parking and since the fridge in our room was broken they put our groceries in the staff fridge for us. Hotel reception staff were friendly and nice.

The restaurant was pretty but the service was lacking. After seating we waited about 20 minutes to be served. The food was good, and the building was a curious and interesting art piece. After finishing we literally walked around trying to find someone to settle the bill. The place was quiet and not busy.

A peaceful place, it's a piece of heaven in the valley of Loire. Good location just few meters from the Domain Chaumont sur Loire. The room is spacious and clean, relaxing and cozy, in the middle of nature but with all comforts. The bed is wow! The best sleep I have had in the last 10 years. The shower is so relaxing, I'd never get out of it! Also the restaurant Le Grand Chaume is remarkable, great food and service. At the end of the dinner, the chef came to our table to know our opinion of the food and offered some mini desserts, and they were very tasty!

Peaceful location but within walking distance of garden festival which was reason for our visit . Wonderful breakfast . Staff were friendly and helpful .

We liked everything.

Fabulous location and feeling of space. Room was superb - the most comfortable bed and pillow I can remember, and a superb shower. Lots of space and sitting areas outside, very pretty pond and gardens. Lovely.

Our only problems were the restaurant being closed for the evening. And the EV charger wasn’t working properly - but the receptionist was super-helpful in finding a work-around.

The breakfast choices were unlimited, and all very good.

The stairs to the room were narrow and steep, I had trouble in getting my bag up and down... but I did manage it.

Very nice hotel, well designed, very comfortable bed, quiet, excellent breakfast with homemade products, very close to the entrance of Chateau de Chaumont. The restaurant has a limited menu but the tastes and perfumes are superb.

Beautiful place – peaceful, well renovated, good service. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on. A stone's throw from Chateau sur Laumont.

A more visible wifi code in the room – it's hidden on the back door.

Nicely placed close to Chaumont castle and garden festival. New and clean. Breakfast excellent

The « rooms » in the garden ! Not really appreciated to have the bed in the middle of the garden where everyone can see you. Plants need to grow to have a kind of intimacy. Did not appreciate to have to go from the bedroom to the room in the middle of the night to go to the toilet… Too « architectural » from my point of view and not really practical (I guess the architect does not live like that…!)

The design of the rooms is dorm like.
