Hotel Cigoland

It was very good for us. The rooms were clean and warm. Outside was bellow 10 degrees and to arrive in a warm room, was very welcoming. The croissants and the pane au chocolate for breakfast, were very nice!

The pillows were way too big. Hard to sleep with them.

Everything was above expectations, from the well equipped and really clean rooms to the awesome breakfast and free parking.

Staff was really nice, happy to help, assisted with a booking situation and throughout the stay. Even if i arrived late, they waited. The room was bigger than expected and cleaning was spotless. Great wifi, variety for breakfast. Considering the holidays chaos and that hotel were non existent in the area, this was the best choice for quality / price.

The staff was so rude - there was one woman behind the desk, she spoke to us in a very rude manner, as if she is doing us a favor for serving us. She did not inform us that the breakfast ends pretty early in the morning (I dont remember when but it was really early, like 9-9:30AM). When we asked if we need to pay for the stay after the check out, she said that we paid through booking, and we only owe city tax fee. But during next days when I was alreasy home we recieved threatening messages from the hotel accusing us that “we left without paying”. I guess that woman just made a mistake but instead if apologizing she blamed us. Super shady place. Do not recommend.

Air conditioning in one room not working on very very hot day and no maintenance staff available to fix on Sunday evening.

The rooms were clean, had air conditioning, and were a great value. Good breakfast and ample parking.

The hotel bar has barely drinks, but to hangabout is not in the hotel's tradition. Restaurant and terrace just nearby. The coffee machines are a bottleneck at breakfast.Room's refrigerator is leaking water.Parking lot too hot in summer: more trees to plant there (the ones without aphids!)

cannot be more close to cigoland. as hotel guests would get great discounts for the entrance tickets. large room, carpet is a bit dirty but room itself is very fine.

our room door cannot be closed firmly. if stay over for several days, better to have a look for this.
