    Pros +

    • Manoir is easy to access from the Autoroute. Loved the chalet. Peaceful, surrounded by nature. Superb park. Amazing spa. Pure relaxation, spotless. L?crin restaurant was great. Good tapas selection. Overall, I loved it. Perfect place for my layover.
    • Great location on one side - beautiful park and view. Spacious room (Balzac), interestingly decorated.
    • The staff was very friendly, called us to check on our arrival time and to let us know how to get in.

    Cons -

    • Not many staff besides 1 person who does reception/spa/breakfast. That means no help for my heavy luggage. On departure, I was on my own to take the handtruck to carry them across the uneven gravel stones to the parking lot! Not cool for a 4-star hotel!!!
    • Right next to a busy road on the other side - opening windows during daytime in some rooms is noisy. A/C right next to bed blows straight in your face (no matter how you adjust it), at 35 degrees outside that‘s no fun. Long, steep stair between salon and bed is a safety hazard. Tapas restaurant food was a disappointment (and we were just expecting „ok“).
    • There was a fair bit of road noise.

The room was very attractive and also extremely spacious. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.

There was a fair bit of road noise.

Friendly staff. Good location for dogs

    No hot water

This was our second stay, and it did not disappoint. The chalet was air-conditioned (very welcome during a heatwave), with a private terrace and great views of the countryside. The staff were absolutely lovely and took great care of me with my leg in plaster. The food was delicious and my husband very much enjoyed his spa day.

The hotel is in a large park.

First of all this is not a 4 star hotel. Service is inexistent. Even though some stuff members are very kind the general feeling is that you are left alone as a client. There was no phone in the room and no water offered. The bottle of evian costs 2 EUR s and no glass to drink. Dont recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, delicious food, comfortable rooms and relaxing atmosphere.

No fresh fruit at breakfast despite being amidst orchards of apricots and nectarines. Very few toiletries - only standard soap dispenser.

The setting and the trees, the terrasse

    9RichardPosted on: 6-13-2024

The setting was amazing, perfectly located for Motorway access, cabins were a delight with a lovely outlook. We booked the bistronomique restaurant, and the food was also more than we expected.

My only comment would be the Airconditionning in the cabin. It probably worked ok, but it was not clear how to!

Fantastic location with cherry orchards around and a fresh goat's cheese shop across the road. Dinner was amazing, my 9-year-old daughter licked her plate. great spa.

Location, idyllic setting , spacious room and excellent bed with crispy linen. Ample bathroom with very much appreciated walk in shower!

Breakfast ( not included, worth €22) barely ok , not a huge choice altogether but good croissants; but when i asked for a boiled egg the lady in charge denied it - justifying that another guest had requested it but that she also had denied it ( no reason given). Tasty scrambled eggs were served instead.Service is practically inexistent - poolside or anytime. Spa access is charged ( sauna / hamman) and closes early.

Nothing really to say except there were no spa facilities available and very over rated

No service available after 7 . No bar open. No breakfast service but expensive self service of average quality

    10TanjaPosted on: 6-5-2023

we had a lovely and relaxing stay / a spacious room / a gourmet dinner / spa and a massage / yummy breakfast

    7CarolynPosted on: 5-26-2022

Thoughtful avoidance of plastic everywhere. Calm, relaxed.

The fish dish in the evening was not good. Soggy batter which should be crisp. Also the breakfast buffet at 17 euros was poor value.

    2ClairePosted on: 4-12-2022

Breakfast totally self service. No table laid up, all very bare. Extraordinary for 4* hotel and cost of room. Nice waitress made us scrambled egg.

Booked to eat in the restaurant only to be told on arrival restaurant was closed and we would have to eat in the Bistro. Very disappointing ready made food. No offer of help with luggage either on arrival or departure. We are a couple in our 70’s. We would expect better service for 171 euros. Wouldn’t recommend

The place, the staff and the owner and his lovely family, the Spa, the food, the environment, honestly beautiful place on every level !They take such a good care of you and the place is beautiful!Thank you very much !!

Set amidst a beautiful nature setting, the hotel is an old manor with 10 rooms. The pandemic certainly has impacted the footfall and the facilities provided. But the hotel staff are extremely helpful. I was provided dinner ( packed ) and a sumptuous continental breakfast. The room was beautiful with a garden view. The property is beautiful?too. But far away from shops or restaurants. So do inform the hotel beforehand if you want to eat your meals there.

Wish they had more stuff in the mini bar and coffee machine

    8DaniellePosted on: 5-16-2024

    Beautiful property.

There is no shower in the room. Sand room paled in comparison to the other rooms.
