Logis Hôtel Le Mistral - Restaurant - Montélimar Sud

The location, just off the motorway without being in the centre of town

It was only a budget hotel, however a kettle in the room would have been nice, we always take our own teabags

Very friendly welcome at the reception. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The garden and the swimming pool were very nice as well. Close to the highway and a good place for a stop on the way.

The bathroom has seen better days

The location was easy to find (although Booking.com’s link is about a kilometre out). The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and welcoming, and the garden outlook was lovely. The owner and her staff were very welcoming and helpful. The evening meal was exceptional and made for a very pleasant, relaxing experience which was much preferable to driving into Montelimar to search for a restaurant after a long day’s journey. A highly recommended visit.

Good location to break our journey south on AP7. We like Logis Hotels and received a warm welcome from Marion who spoke many languages. They only took over the hotel towards the end of 2023 and worked hard throughout. The food was delicious. Dog friendly and recommended a lovely walk along a quiet country road behind the hotel before our meal.

The hotel was looking a little tired in places and I’m sure this will be improved over time.

Our room was large, clean and comfortable and equipped with air-conditioning. The owners were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The chef was very talented and her parmesan pannacotta with tapenade and tomatoes was one of the best starters we have ever had. Free secure parking was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent.

Although the buildings looked a bit dated, they have been renovated and were very clean and tidy with modern fittings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great, good food at a good price. The pool was very clean and a good size.

The room was small but we did expect that.

The owner was the most amazing host, The room was exceptional and i loved the whole atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings. Will definitely be back stopped as an overnight on the way to Spain, Logis Le Mistral is now definitely part of any future trip.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Hotel is on a main road but you can't hear any road noise in the room. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Nice gardens and pool, lots of outside seating. Would definitely stay again.
