Pros +
- Stunning room, excellent service, well located.Amazing breakfast and dinner is a must
- Its a beautiful old building located in the village center. Wooden interiors gives it Chalet vibes. Its only a few minutes walk to the spa. There are some private parking spots next door but they fill up given that they have a restaurant open to the public. Dogs allowed. The breakfast was quite good but at an additional cost. Our room has a lovely view of the Alps. It was mostly quiet. Friendly staff.
- Beautiful facility; comfortable room; close to Gruyere
Cons -
- Breakfast not included despite there being no alternatives in the village. Dog per night was expensive. Room a little loud being on the main street. No hot water/tea in the room so we had to buy in the restaurant.
- No problem with property, but be very cautious when parking to visit Gruyere. What looks like free and normal public parking IS NOT. We received a CH40 parking ticket, which the hotel staff was unusual, but correct. Be aware.
- We were surprised at the size of the room, because it was described as 'deluxe' so we expected more space. I think 'standard' would be more accurate description.

Nice traditional alpine hotel, with excellent food in the restaurant. Lovely staff, everyone very friendly and dogs were made welcome. Bed was very comfy, and a good shower.

Charming hotel in an old house. God design inside.Service was perfect and food excellent. The village is very quiet. The road in front a little busy.Felt very comfortable there
Restaurant in an hôtel always give a food smell to the entire building.Room a little small
It was our second stay and we enjoyed the larger and quieter room.
Excellent breakfast ! Good location with parking. Nice walks
EV charger ;-)
The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside and convenient for the shops and bakery, etc.Free parking. The room was cosy and good value for money.
The dining experience did not meet our expectations.
Very Pet-Friendly (traveling with a large dog), as well as very people friendly. :) The staff was very helpful and friendly! Beautifully renovated rooms right in the middle of town. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious, regional food. Parking availalbe. Couldn't ask for more.
Close to the thermal baths
Minor issue at the restaurant but everything was resolved the next day with the manager

Location, charm, spacious rooms
Some noise from the road, the value-for-menu of the full board menu (was hoping a more local menu).
The room was very cozy, but of course, some hitches during check in due to holiday period which is understandable. The room itself is basic with all the necessities.
It has all the necessities but no kettle. Aside from that, it’s similar to other Swiss ski hotels whereby only one shower gel is given for hair and body, you can of course buy your own shampoo.
Position was central and well located. Beds were comfortable and not too hard. Shower was strong and warm. Breakfast was good with excellent cappuccino. We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant.
Great location and lovely rooms. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Also the restaurant is excellent.
nice room, excellent Restaurant and nice staff
Location; located on a main street so traffic starts early. mattresses were not comfortable for my taste. way too soft, which gave me a backache.
The decor of the hotel was consistently romantic and cosy from top to bottom, the wooden features made it feel instantly homely and warm, especially with the sound of the floor boards at the breakfast room. It was a lovely summer stay in the mountains but I can imagine would be extra cute in the winter. Food was brilliant, and staff so hospitable.
The size of the rooms were quite small, as are the bathrooms, we would have been more comfortable if we'd have packed a lot lighter, and if I wasn't so heavily pregnant!
Very charming, cosy rooms. We had two interconnecting rooms which were perfect for a family of 4. Good location in the centre of the village. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. Again the decor and charm of the place was perfect.
Right across from a lovely church but if not used to noise the bells chime even at 4am! Not a problem in winter when the windows are shut but be aware in summer maybe.
Very nice rooms like in a Chalet, excellent dinner, service not good
Service team: Most not very nice (except one), not competent (put wine on table without looking at us), did not want to give us an invoice "you must say this at checkin!!". Owner seems nice but has to straighten out his team. No Eggs for breakfast because the cook was not there (at 09.30 the cook was still sleeping? do you need a cook for eggs?)
I liked its beauty, convenience and its charming dining rooms.
The bathroom lacked storage space.
