Campanile Prime Laval Nord

Quiet, efficient, great parking, pet friendly, helpful staff, family friendly. Great breakfast—a little bar, cafe has plugs and usb outlets to work there. I didn’t use it but a fitness center is just adjacent ($). It’s in a large business park with room to walk with the dog without much car worry.

The area has little food choice to walk to, but you can get Uber eats. There are lots of restaurants though.

Clean, convenient and kind staff.

The website said the property had laundry facilities, however this property does not.

Nice stay! Very much enjoyed the access to a proper gym located just in front of the hotel rather than just a room with two machines that hotels usually have :) Thanks

Comfortable, spacious, good bathroom, location was convenient.

Tea / coffee facilities were limited. We asked the reception for extra tea bags (we only had one in the room) and the receptionist gave us one extra “very reluctantly” also she would not give us any milk.

Clean quiet and good location

When asked for more coffee, the receptionist said we already had been given our allocation (which was 1 teabag and 2 packets of coffee) when my wife said we only had 1 teabag, we was offered an extra teabag. Also there was no milk. Seemed strange when you offer a kettle and 2 mugs. Disappointed no restaurant on site

The staff were great - very welcoming on arrival and happy to provide information and enquire about our dog being allowed in an external restaurant. We were late for breakfast but the staff were very kind to still give us some croissants to take and my daughter some pancakes with honey - they made nothing of doing it so we felt very taken care of. The place was clean and convenient.

The downstairs sell pizza some nights but now when we were there (on a Monday night)... the recommended restaurant did not open until 2 hours later (we found deliveroo worked well for us in this case!). One of the beds had a sunken mattress (the other was fine) and the sofa bed was quite squeaky. Stains on the carpet at the entry point to the room.

Free secure parking, very friendly staff.

It advertises there is a restaurant and there are not restaurant meals available. Inconsiderate people letting their door slam shut instead of gently closing them at all hours of the night and morning.

Beautiful interior designed hotel with large rooms, Trendy Porcelanosa bathrooms with walk in shower etc Good breakfast and helpful staff

Air Conditioning wouldn't come on (not good with a panting dog,,,)Bedside lights beautiful but too high and too bright so no reading whilst other person snoozesNo tea and coffee making kettle etc which are available at other campaniles

Excellent size family room, clean with excellent bathroom facilities.

Hotel in easy reach of shops and places to eat.

Good

Fire alarm went off twice at 2am

Clean, good facilities, free parking, luxurious appearance

No shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity

Staff very friendly, rooms modern and clean, good parking. Perfect for a stop over.

Room very close to reception, we were kept awake by people screaming

This hotel is a real gem and a godsend for travelers. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable extra-long beds. We had a delicious dinner at the bar - very tasty fresh pizzas, local meat delicacies and cheese, excellent wine. The continental breakfast is delicious and varied. I liked the design of the counter where the breakfast food was located: along with plates, mugs, saucepans, etc. it looked like a designer art object.

The website promises tea facilities in the room. And there were none.

Very nice and staff were pleasant

No kettle or tea making facilities . Also small glass of wine €6 was expensive.

Stayed before , staff are great .The girl who checked me in super terrific , nothing too much trouble ..Had a pizza at hotel..didn’t expect anything , but it was good. Nice modern , clean , functional

I was cold at night, couldn’t get the heating to work , maybe it was me .Mentioned it in the evening , but nobody around to assist ..

Very comfortable room, great bed and shower. Spotless clean and very modern. Great breakfast!

Nothing to dislike

Convenient location for stopover en route to South. Modern, clean. Good beds and shower.

Tea making facilities in the room had been removed throughout the hotel on our return stopover.

Convenient stop over location. Good parking. Very comfortable beds. Good bathroom and shower.

On our second stay the advertised coffee and tea making facilities had been removed. Apparently throughout the hotel.

The hotel was clean and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Aircon good. Family room was large, showers toilets etc were clean. Laval was a nice town to look around for a few hours, gallery in the castle worth visiting.

There is no option to buy any food in the evening. The hotel does at it says and is outside of town so nothing locally. you will need a car. An odd noise every so often from the ac unit just needs a little maintenance.

Location in middle of business park therefore had to drive into centre to see the place. When booking hotels in places you don’t know it’s hard to judge location. Breakfast was good . Shower was great

Cleanliness. Cod webs in corners of room.
