It is exactly what it is - motel by the road for a night on your road trip. It is as clean as it can be, staff nice and helpful, parking secured. I recommend it as a stop along the way.

The next morning a rude, loud woman "assisted" everyone in the breakfast area.The hotel can be described as a motel; rooms away from the main building, with door of the rooms opening directly outside, on the pathway street or walkways. We reserved 2 roomsThe rooms had wall to wall carpet, but in 1 room there was an invisible, huge soggy spot right in front of the bathroom door, an unpleasant surprise when walking bare footed.The airco's did not work in either room Dead bugs all over the bathroomfloor.No waterpressure in bath/shower.Strangely enough the beds had thick winter duvets, perfect for cold weather, not a heatwave.

We booked with breakfast and having a dog with us! The dog was not aloud to be in the building and we had to pay for the breakfast! No more bookings with Booking!!!

Clean and comfortable. Good continental selection at breakfast. Secure carpark.

The restaurant is closed Sunday night despite what it says on website, but good restaurant around the corner.

Location was fine for what we needed which was a stopover on the way from north to the south.

Black mould all over the bathroom ceiling and an overpowering smell of mould throughout the room. Bathroom door wouldn’t close so mould likely growing through the room too.

Very helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable. Enclosed parking also nice, with large grass area. If travelling with a dog then it's ideal.

Decoration is a little tired in places.

Budget hotel. Reasonable evening meal available. Small but functional room opening onto an external walkway. Carpark gate was secured although the pedestrian gate was unlocked. Everything we needed for a short stay. Pet friendly. we did not have breakfast in the hotel but chose to go to an excellent boulangerie nearby and then gave our dog a run about in the town park. Good stop over and I'd stay again.

Although it is called Hotel Restaurant The restaurant is closed on weekends. The buildings are in very poor condition. It is gloomy.

The mattress was not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on but I was very tired so I slept very well! The bathroom was a little shabby eg above the shower but the whole room and bathroom were spotlessly clean so I consider that more important. Bigger bath towels would be an improvement.
