The room was super hot and had no airco, i could have opened the window but then we have the noice from the highway.Next day reported at the service desk but the lady does not speak english and when i say it in french she could only say tres bien. (and all this for a international hotel agency MERCURE)Further under the bedsheet there was a plastic cover which makes the bed not a pleasure to ligh on.Showering in a very small shower and the bathroom was full of shower water.At breakfast wellllllll overcooked scrambled eggs and verry little to choose from.all this for 154,00 euro.I have to stay and stayed many times for work in this area but no way i will enter this hotel again not even when its free.

Air-con didn’t work below 25 degrees. Although cold outside, room was too warm. Food in restaurant for dinner was very poor (was quite unwell afterwards).

The location, the menu at dinner, no milk on the welcome tray.

The bathroom. The people at reception. I guess that due to heat I found 1 cockroach in the room and then more in the breakfast room.

Just stayed for a night as it’s very conveniently near motorway. Was a bit tricky to find the entrance late at night as it’s different doors but nice signage.

It served the purpose of a few hours sleep, but first and last time!

Old and rundown! Rooms so so. WiFi didn’t work and warm water took ages!

I came to Salaise for work. Loved staying in Mercure. Good place to access the factory easily. Nice, calm and serene location. There is a place which is at a walkable distance from the hotel, where you can find lot of shops, super markets etc. I loved it. I stayed here twice and i would recommend people to stay here to enjoy the calmness. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here, if i come again.

Our first stay was very comfortable. Our second when returning from our trip was disappointing

The bed on our second stay seemed very small. It was narrower than the gap between the side tables. The food was tasty but beef was fatty and rather dry in the top as if it had been left around for a while.

Great location near the highway. Fast charge available on the hotel parking, 20 meters from the entrance. Very nice breakfast, good big beds and matraces.

Difficult to find in the dark without hotel lights on. I think they had just forgotten.

Close to autoroute with EV charging on site. Helpful staff - I arrived late and they provided me with dinner

Great location, close to the motorway.The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed and bedding very comfortable.

The room did not have milk for coffee or tea.

Easy to find just off the main drag. Spacious room, comfortable bed, compact shower room with very nice toiletries. Non slip shower tray and powerful rain head shower. Plenty of parking. Nice restaurant with good service.

At 17 euros I thought that breakfast was overpriced.

It was just a stopover driving through Europe. Even so, this was disappointing. Only good thing is location close to motorway.

Paint coming of the walls, water damage on walls, all hard surfaces really work down, the minibar is empty (doesn’t really count as a minibar in my opinion), I had pre-ordered a drink which I couldn’t get arriving late (even this was informed upon booking), walls paper thin so I could enjoy the sound from the room next to me… it looks like a perfect place for a horror movie set.

Welcome cool drinks for our group of 5 cyclists on arrival, lovely staff at reception and in the restaurant, quality food and drink, comfortable and attractive rooms. Secure bicycle storage.

Nothing at all.

Location brilliant, especially as just off the Peage and was able to use local petrol garages to fill up, rather than pay the high prices on the peage. Breakfast was plentiful, good assortment of cereals and breads.
