    Pros +

    • Great staff, super helpful. Great location, easy direct access to the ski slopes. We also liked a lot the restaurant on site
    • Location was good. Basic, clean and warm. Good ski equipment locker. Typical basic ski accommodation.
    • Quiet location with a good restaurant, it's set up as a ski lodge but served our purpose well. Good value

    Cons -

    • The rooms could use a bit of a refresh -luckily we were told it is already planned
    • The stairs are scary. The banister has been removed on one side and the tread is so short you need to be very careful. Staff were polite but not warm. Being a small family run place I would have hoped for more. The resort bus stops right outside the hotel and is a huge benefit for the location but they didn’t seem to know the time table or help us navigate it - we sussed it out ourselves. After confusion about our booking ( they said we hadn’t paid for breakfast in our booking so we had to pay separately) the breakfast was ok. Beautiful fresh croissants and bread which we could smell cooking each morning but not always much of anything else. There was yogurt sometimes, cheese and ham but not much and you were conscious you needed to not have much as others were still coming for their breakfast. Tiny bowls for cereal so we made a mess every morning trying to add milk. You cut your own bread which was nice but nothing to cover the bread so others were touching it to cut their portions which i didn’t like. There was bread left out all day in the reception which wasn’t covered and there was a cat wandering about - we didn’t eat there at night for that reason. We had a ski injury during our stay and there wasn’t any warmth shown - no offers of additional help.
    • Room was a little cramped
